However, due to the epidemic, on-site service and communication could not be carried out, and consultation was only conducted through online communication.

3. The Office of the Standardization Work Leading Group overcomes difficulties and actively carries out work.

Since March 2022, under the circumstance that the external guidance for the construction of the enterprise standard system cannot be in place as scheduled, the office members of the company's standardization work leading group have studied independently and carried out 5 large-scale construction of the enterprise standard system. Standard document training. And organized 5 working meetings. Combined with the company's needs and characteristics, the company's standard system framework was initially constructed in accordance with relevant standards, and the company's job responsibilities were sorted out and standard documents were formed. At present, various departments, branches and subsidiaries are being organized to compile the standard content under each framework.

1. According to the guidance of standardization consultants, continue to sort out the "job responsibilities" in the company's system package, clarify the job standards, and prepare according to the job responsibility standard template. 4. Problems faced by standardization work:

(3) Inexperienced standardization team members

Everyone is learning by doing, and lacks self-confidence and ability to standardize work guidance. There are few standardization pilots for agricultural enterprise products, and there are few typical examples that can be used for reference.
