Since the training base was completed and put into use in 2018, it has undertaken the training of "Liaoning Province Innovation and Entrepreneurship Youth Training Course", "Liaoning Province Grassroots Agricultural Technical Personnel Training Course (Aquaculture)" and "Dawa District New Vocational (High-Quality) Farmers" training task and completed successfully. At the same time, the base has also successfully held the "Jilin Fishery Industry Agricultural Technology Promotion Backbone Training Course", "Heilongjiang Basic Agricultural Technology Promotion Backbone Talent Training Course", and several batches of high-quality farmer cultivation projects and agricultural promotion from Tianjin, Liaoning and Jilin.
