"Dong" brand is the first trademark our company applied for registration, and it is a trademark brand that "the common people shout out". This trademark was applied for registration in the third year of the company's restructuring and operation. At that time, the company was still in its infancy, but the ecological crab fry products produced by the company were widely recognized for their excellent quality far exceeding the success rate of ordinary crab fry farming. High trust and recognition of farmers. Whenever farmers talk about the topic of raising crabs, they always say "Li Xiaodong's seedlings are good", "I raised Li Xiaodong seedlings this year", "I will go to Li Xiaodong's place to catch seedlings", "Li Xiaodong manages the quality of seedlings". ... Over time, "Li Xiaodong's Crab Seeds" evolved into "Dong Brand Crab Seeds", which also became synonymous with high-quality crab seedlings in the breeding household. On August 14, 2001, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce officially issued the "Dong" brand trademark use certificate, and then in the company's more than ten years of production and operation, "Dong" brand products have always won the majority of the company with its excellent quality and high cost performance. As a commodity, aquatic products have their particularity, that is, the market price fluctuates greatly, especially in the spring of 2004, the crab market was sluggish, and the enthusiasm of crab farmers declined. If we do not continue to breed, relying on rice cultivation alone will lead to a significant reduction in annual income, and even the situation of making ends meet. what to do? In response to this predicament, the company's board of directors has gone through several rounds of fierce debates. However, Li Xiaodong, a farmer, understands farmers' mentality very well. On the one hand, he is eager to get rich, and on the other hand, he is afraid of taking risks. If they move their bones, some of them have accumulated debts overnight, and their enthusiasm for breeding will be greatly affected. Therefore, Li Xiaodong resisted all the opinions and decided that the company would take a huge risk and sign a recovery contract with 3,200 farmers at a guaranteed reserve price, that is, to launch the protection of autumn recovery. The contract stipulates: if the market price is higher than the protection price, the farmers can sell it by themselves; if the market price is lower than the protection price, the company will purchase at the reserve price at the protection price.

In this regard, many people in the industry have ridiculed it as the "silly hat contract" of the only "silly hat boss" in the world. But in Li Xiaodong's view, being an enterprise is the same as being a person, and it must be based on integrity.

In the autumn of the same year, the crab market had a bad start. It dropped from about 30 yuan/kg in normal years to 5 yuan/kg and the sales volume was very small. Will it be recycled and will it be executed at the contract price? According to the contract, the company resolutely purchased 500,000 kilograms of crabs from farmers at an unlimited protection price of 12 yuan/kg for autumn crabs, and paid 6 million yuan. Based on the market price at that time, the net loss was 3.5 million yuan. The company lost money, but won the reputation of integrity and became the "backbone" of crab farmers, which gave crab farmers a "reassuring pill". Photosynthesis was recognized and respected by farmers and all sectors of society.

In 2012 and 2013, the crab fry market was in short supply. Some small-scale nursery farmers tore up their contracts with farmers and raised the price of crab fry from 300 yuan/catties to 800 yuan/kg. At that time, if we tore up the contract with the farmers, excluding the compensation for liquidated damages, our crab fry could be sold for at least 600 yuan/catties. Just when our farmers were in panic, the company did not forget its original intention and mission, unswervingly adhered to the concept of honest management, strictly fulfilled the contract, and fully implemented the contract price of 330 yuan/catties. It is emphasized that the sales of crab seedlings not only do not increase the price, but also the quality of our seedlings cannot be lowered. Focus on crab farmers, worry about crab farmers

From the beginning of the company's crab fry production, sales and operation to the present, during the crab fry breeding process of farmers, every year, some farmers have various degrees of death and loss of crab fry due to various reasons, and some are due to the company's fry production Some of the quality problems are due to the breeding problems of the farmers themselves, but no matter what the reason is, in the words of the chairman, the quality problems of crab seedlings are because the quality of our products is not good enough, and the farmers have their own breeding problems, that is our problem. If the service is not in place, as long as the farmers have losses, we must try our best to help the farmers to minimize the losses. This is in stark contrast to other manufacturers who sell their crab seedlings without asking.

According to the statistics of the company's financial center, in the past few years from 2015 to 2021, the number of free seedlings and seedlings provided by the company for farmers reached 50,665.71 kilograms, involving an amount of 18.2397 million yuan.
