Zhai Xinan, who came to our company in 2007, was the warehouse keeper of the Erjiegou Food Factory of Guanghe Aquatic Products, and retired with honor in our company in July 2015.
In the 1960s, Zhai Xinan actively responded to the call of "Learn from Lei Feng", rushing to do the dirty work in the labor, using the woodworking skills he had learned in Erjiegou Shipyard, as long as he knew who needed to repair the woodworking work of doors, windows and dining tables, Take the time to help with maintenance. In his words, this is applying what you have learned. In 1964, Chenjia Village in Panshan County suffered a flood. As a member of the Communist Youth League, he petitioned to go to the front line of disaster relief. When the boat arrived at the disaster area, he saw an old man lying on the roof with difficulty, and the house was about to be flooded. He shouted loudly, talked with the old man, soothed the old man's emotions, and approached the old man as quickly as he could. There is only one belief in his heart: saving people. When he transferred the old man safely to the boat, he didn't have time to hear a word of thanks, and turned around and threw himself into the search and rescue again.
During the Dragon Boat Festival in 1988, at the Erjiegou Shellfish Factory, local thugs started making troubles at the factory, extorting clams and shellfish from the beginning. Peace of mind. But the greed of the gangsters doesn't stop there. They directly snatch the remaining clams and act as an instinctive pull of Zhai Xinan, the salesman, to protect the property of the shellfish farm. During the dispute, Zhai Xinan suffered two stab wounds on his back and two broken ribs. . Afterwards, the leader asked him, did he hide when he saw the knife? Is it important for the clams to survive? But he said naively, "I didn't think about it that much at the time. The clams were already given to them. Who knew they didn't know enough to stop. Besides, production is not easy, so how can they get it for nothing." Because of his position, some clients also gave gifts privately and went through the back door. He refused all of them selflessly. He said, "As a party member, you can't take advantage of your position to enrich your personal pockets. This goes against my belief. The only thing I can do for you is What we do is to ensure product quality, reasonable sales price, and never favor any party.”
In his life, he interprets the four characters of helpfulness with actions. In order to prevent fires caused by firecrackers during the Spring Festival, Zhai Xinan dealt with weeds and reeds before and after the house for 5 consecutive years; in the food factory after 2007, whenever it snows, the courtyard leads to the gates of various warehouses. The snow was cleaned up early; when the perpetrator escaped, he bravely stood up and sent the injured child to the hospital. Knowing that the hospitalization fee was not enough, he tried to help collect the 20,000 yuan hospitalization fee; the water pipe in the village market broke. The sewers of more than a dozen households were blocked. He hired a car and bought materials to get the sewer. The sewers in the village that were easily blocked were cleaned regularly, and signs were erected to warn about hygiene and environmental protection. There are too many to mention. In the past 50 years, he has been rated as a five-good team member, a five-good member, an advanced producer, an advanced worker, and a model of civilization by the field, township, society, company, bureau, county, and district almost every year. , civilized family, has been awarded the honorary title of model worker for many times.
Zhai Xinan, an ordinary Communist Party member, practiced the responsibilities of a Party member with practical actions.
