At the beginning of 2015, I was assigned to the R&D center as an accountant by the leader. I became familiar with everyone from unfamiliar to familiar, and the simplicity of the aquatic workers deeply affected me. In the base, apart from work, everyone gets along like a family every day. Their simple faces are the color of labor, and their sweat erupts with eternal enthusiasm. Indeed, for most of the company's employees, they are unknown ordinary people. There is no amazing performance and dazzling halo, and he is not good at words. He just silently dedicates his strength to the development of the company in his own position. But it is the dedication and dedication of these ordinary employees that enables the company's stability, development and growth. These ordinary talents are the real mainstay of the company.

Although the base is not as prosperous as Dawa, and even in the eyes of some people, it is a lot more difficult, but the base is less noisy in the city, and more quiet away from the city. For me, it is a little more tranquil and comfortable. But there are also many inconveniences in the base life, all of which can be overcome, because the company has arranged a shuttle bus and dormitory, which can satisfy the psychology of our young people going out for a walk. Every year in mid-April, a large number of interns come to the base. For me, who has just left the school, I am a little more cordial when I see them, as if I saw myself when I was a student. They eat and sleep with us every day, and sometimes they go out to help them take out the courier and buy some daily necessities. Everyone gets along very well.

At the end of 2016, construction of the company's new building began, and after nearly a year of construction, it was finally completed. In September 2017, the headquarters moved to a new office building. In December, I came to the financial office of the headquarters. Here, I added new work content and learned more that I could not learn before. Brand new building, comfortable working environment, air conditioning in summer, underfloor heating in winter, no need to worry about mice anymore. Delicious meals are served at noon, and the company always considers its employees, which is also the embodiment of humanized management.

In 2018-2020, I will get married and have children, which means I have to take on more responsibilities. In 2021, I will return to work in the company with the fullest enthusiasm.

With the vigorous development of the company and the rapid growth of the workforce, we should all regard the company as our own home, we are all members of the family, we are responsible for our work and the development of the company, and establish a sense of ownership, Do more work, learn more experience, keep summarizing, think diligently, and innovate constantly, so as to connect one's own destiny with the enterprise, and one's own efforts become a cornerstone of the company's progress, which will naturally increase the sense of identity with the company. In addition to work every day now, I just look at my mobile phone in my spare time, and every day is just wasted. Now when I want to say something, I always feel that I have no words, and I want to express it but I can't express it, so I can't let time go to waste like this! As we all know, our chairman's English is very good, but do you know that his English was learned from scratch, so to what extent did he learn it later? He went abroad to participate in academic reports, explained the whole process in English, and communicated with foreigners in English. How did he do it? The chairman said that he gets up at 3 o'clock every day to learn English. What kind of spirit is this? The chairman's life goal must be very ambitious. Although I can't achieve the ambition of the chairman, I can start with small goals. President Sun asked us to set our own life goals for this year. I set 3 small goals for myself. Target:

1. Improve self-cultivation and enhance business ability

2. Become a reserve party member

3. Exceeded the goals and tasks of the hotel this year

In order to accomplish my goals well, I made a goal plan:

1. Take half an hour to an hour every day to read books, refer to online guidance service skills to learn, and take notes;

2. Improve political awareness, complete the tasks arranged by the organization, and study independently;

3. Complete every task arranged by the leadership, pioneer and innovate, improve service skills, and increase income and reduce expenditure.

I believe that as long as we work hard towards our goals, we can break through the predicament and realize our wishes!

The adage goes: humbly people nine times out of ten. Success, there are nine out of ten people who are complacent. If we are not complacent when we achieve good grades, we will go to the next level.

I remember when Mr. Sun told us about the great deeds, he mentioned that Mr. Bai used to do technical consultation in the south.
