I have experienced together with the company for 10 years. Photosynthetic has transformed me from an ignorant college student to a photosynthetic person with a responsible mission. Made me go from a high-spirited big boy to a proud aquaman. Thank you Guanghe for cultivating my life growth. It is you who made me not give up the honorable profession of aquatic products and take root in Panjin and fall in love with the big family of Guanghe.

Looking back on the past bit by bit, like yesterday's bright sunshine, those fragments flashed in my mind from time to time. The company has grown from a research and development office building to a wetland science museum of tens of thousands of square meters. As employees who have witnessed the development of the company, the growth of the company is also our growth. The river crab seedling industry has laid a foundation for the development of the national river crab industry, bringing new hope and gospel to farmers.

I came to the company in 2011 and became a salesperson, selling aquatic food and medicines, and providing high-quality aquatic guidance services for farmers. Farmers often say that Photosynthesis is a company with the best technology and the most comprehensive services for aquaculture. Selfless technical guidance and breeding concept allow our farmers to have a good return every year. They gave the company a thumbs up, which is an affirmation of our efforts and recognition of our technical guidance.

In 2012, it opened up the market and entered the South to develop science and benefit farmers. Many people said that the company did this in order to popularize the development of the crab industry across the country and bring good news to more farmers. I feel extremely proud whenever the farmers say it, because I am an ordinary aquaculture worker, and I am a photosynthetic employee, which is an affirmation of our aquaculture enterprise. From 2013 to 2014, we independently developed aquatic medicines and bait. Our products have been used in aquaculture. They all say that this material and medicine are good. The bait allows us to reduce the bait coefficient and save costs. The medicine can effectively solve the prevention of diseases encountered during the breeding period. This is conscience medicine conscience bait. As an aquatic product R&D personnel in the R&D center, we are looking for a way out of the problem. After more than ten years of research, we have artificially selected and bred river crabs and selected excellent varieties, thereby further promoting the development history of river crabs. In this difficult journey, what we got is a hardship and a gradually mature team.

10 years, for the four seasons, is just the reincarnation of spring, summer and autumn and winter; for us, for our company, it is a glorious and magnificent pioneering epic. Looking back on the company's development history for more than 20 years, I believe that the company's brilliant achievements today are inseparable from the company's "four spirits".        

1. The enterprise is angry. The company originated from the breeding of crabs. At the beginning of its establishment, it faced many difficulties such as single product and shortage of funds. In the process of development, factors such as market instability and low technology content restrict the company's progress. Because of "knowing oneself" and "knowing the enemy", he is always "uneasy". In order to find its own position in the field of river crabs, market research and determination to research and develop river crab breeding. After more than 10 years of breeding, the "Guanghe No. 1" has brought good news to farmers. It has the advantages of large breeding size and strong disease resistance. , grow fast.

 2. The management has aura. Market competition is unpredictable. The export recovery model allows farmers to worry about sales. This business philosophy expands the industrial chain. It is this flexible strategy, the spirit of unity and cooperation, and the courage to forge ahead that make the company not sluggish due to growth, nor complacent due to growth.

 3. Leaders are upright. As the saying goes: "Business is easy to do, but it's hard to keep friends." As a partnership enterprise, the company has not engaged in factions or family since its formal restructuring in 1998. Last year's work has come to an end, new year and new hope, I hope this year will continue to work hard and continue to make progress!

A year flies by, I have learned a lot and reflected a lot during the year of work. In the research and development center and the popular science and agriculture service station, I learned that no matter how rich theoretical knowledge is, it is ultimately necessary to return to practice, learn to transform theoretical knowledge into actual production, and simplify the knowledge in books and make it easy to understand. Communicate to the client because the work is real. When talking about integrating theory with practice in the past, it will be understood subconsciously as transforming written theoretical knowledge into passive action behavior. It was only after I actually applied it to my work that I found out that my previous ideas were all one-sided or metaphysical, because I used to think about problems based on complete theories and did not really touch the practical things, which would lead to the understanding results appearing to be thin and inconspicuous. Fragile. It was not until practical application and some problems were dealt with at work that it was discovered that theory and practice actually complemented each other, that the ability to link theory with practice should be subjective, and theory and practice were a long-term process of mutual transformation.

Our practice needs to take theory as the cornerstone, and then explore and implement it on the theoretical basis; and we continue to summarize and think in the process of practice.
