My name is Deng Haipeng. I joined the factory in April 1999. Since I joined the factory, I have witnessed the development and growth of the company, and I have also learned a lot of knowledge and matured a lot. I take this opportunity to do the following to my leaders and colleagues report.

Safety is our main concern in production. Most of the employees in Rudong Base are temporary workers, and their awareness of safety is very low. I have to give more safety instructions every day, conduct safety training frequently, and inspect hidden dangers in time to ensure that there are no omissions in safe production. Every morning and noon Tang will check the circuit and other equipment. Through our joint efforts, there has been no production safety accident since 2018.

In 2021, our production is under great pressure. Due to the small area of our own rotifers, most of the rotifers are purchased from outside, and the pressure of feeding the rotifers is relatively high. During the Z5 period, it was just in time for the rain, and the rotifer delivery vehicles could not enter. In the field, the only worker who can drive caught a cold due to the rain, and the road was slippery in rainy days. If he was not careful, the tricycle would slip into the pool. To ensure safety, I personally drove the tricycle under the drizzle, starting from 6:00 in the morning. It was transported until 1:00 pm. Due to the difficulty of driving the tricycle in rainy days, it was difficult for the handlebar to control the direction. When the rotifers were transported and fed in the morning, the whole person seemed to fall apart, and the two wrists controlled the handlebar with force for a long time. , already swollen. I dragged my tired body back to the factory for lunch, but before the meal was finished, the rotifers that were fed in the afternoon arrived. In order to ensure that the rotifers were delivered to the ground in time, I put down my chopsticks and led two workers to continue to transport the rotifers. It’s getting harder and harder to walk. We can only pull 4 buckets at a time, until 3 o’clock to finish feeding more than 20 buckets of rotifers. Everyone is covered in mud. Be prepared, we know nights are harder.

In the days after the planting, especially during the Z5 period, I could only rest from 5:00 am to 12:00 pm every day, repeating almost the same work every day, and I was under a lot of physical and mental pressure. The period of harvesting and desalination is our busiest time. Since we have relatively few personnel, we will fish for one night of seedlings at night. We will also take care of the desalination pond and check the water quality of the pond the next day. There are only three or four hours of rest every day, but every When we see the thriving seedlings in the pond and the baskets of seedlings taken out, the feeling of tiredness is suddenly reduced, and our hearts are always happy. Our positive and optimistic mood will also make other people see hope, and at the same time, they will be more positive. Work hard.

As an old employee, it is my duty to fulfill all the tasks assigned to me by the leaders, and use my own actions to drive the people around me. Love and dedication, "do one line, love one line, and specialize one line". Never compromise on the tasks assigned by the superior, lead by example, give full play to their pioneering and leading role, work down-to-earth, and better complete their own work.

Working in the production line, far away from home, there is very little time for family reunion, and there is limited care for the family, but we have no complaints, and have always insisted on and completed the company's tasks well. In order to accumulate experience in breeding white shrimp this year, we use desalination ponds and rotifer ponds for white shrimp farming. In order to better complete production and accumulate data, we insist on completing inspections and inspections no matter how high the temperature is. Although I have been away for a long time this year, I will adjust my mentality. I know very well that the best way to repay my family and the company is to work harder and achieve excellent results.
