On February 24th, Chairman Li Xiaodong and Sales Manager Ma Min went to Daqing City, Heilongjiang to inspect the breeding of adult crabs, and reached a preliminary cooperative breeding agreement with Heiyu Lake Ecological Park in Daqing City. Heiyu Lake in Daqing City covers an area of about 60 square kilometers (90,000 mu), where 50,000-100,000 catties of crab seed can be placed. The lake is overgrown with water and grass, with fresh water and rich bait resources such as benthic animals. It is very suitable for river crab farming. Once the cooperation agreement is reached, it will play an important role in increasing the operating efficiency of the company's crab crabs, alleviating the pressure on the company's crab sales, and stabilizing the supply of adult crab sales this autumn.

On July 9, the relevant leaders of the Department of Agricultural Science of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Rural Division of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and the science and technology departments of cities and counties visited our company for investigation, and implemented the chairman's proposal at the Second Session of the Eleventh National People's Congress on increasing investment in agricultural science and technology. 

On July 17, Xu Wencai, former vice chairman of the Liaoning Provincial Political Consultative Conference and chairman of the Liaoning Youth Entrepreneurship Foundation, visited our company for research. Wang Guanghua, member of the Standing Committee of the Panjin Municipal Party Committee and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Assistant Mayor Hou Huiming, Deputy Secretary of the Dawa County Party Committee Wang Ning and related staff accompanied the investigation.

From July 25th to 26th, the company organized an internal audit of the operation of the quality management system in 2009. In this audit, a total of 172 standard chapters were inspected for five functional departments and three branches of the company, and 3 unqualified reports were issued during the audit. Corrective and corrective actions are taken for conformity and potential nonconformity.

From August 6th to August 8th, the chairman participated in the evaluation meeting of provincial-level aquaculture seed farms as a member of the Evaluation Committee of Liaoning Province Aquatic Products Original Plants.

On August 1st, the first "Endeavour" Cup Tug-of-War Competition of Guanghe Aquatic Products was held at the company's headquarters.
