On August 27, 2008, the project acceptance team composed of the Provincial Department of Oceans and Fisheries, the Panjin Ocean and Fishery Bureau, the Provincial Agricultural Comprehensive Development Office, and the Panjin Agricultural Comprehensive Development Office came to Panjin Guanghe Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. to undertake the responsibility of our company. The agricultural comprehensive project "Panjin City Crab Healthy Seed Breeding Base" project was accepted.

From October 21st to 23rd, our company participated in the "Innovation Cup" employee table tennis competition held by the Dawa County Federation of Trade Unions.

On September 24, the Golden Autumn Panjin River Crab Fair and the 9th Crab King Competition was grandly opened in the Hujia Town Government Courtyard. Li Guoping, President of the Crab Branch of China Fisheries Association, Li Hongyan, President of Liaoning Fisheries Association, Wang Wu, Professor of Shanghai Fisheries University, a national aquatic expert, Lai He, Deputy Director of the Department of Oceans and Fisheries of Liaoning Province, and leaders from other cities, counties and townships attended and participated activities of the Crab Festival.

On November 25, the annual safety production summary meeting organized by the production department was held in Erjiegou Food Industrial Park. The managers of various branches, warehouse keeper and director of power workshop attended the meeting. The meeting mainly summarized the safety production situation in 2008 and submitted a plan for the safety production in 2009. Everyone pointed out in the summary that although there were no major safety accidents in production in 2008,
