On August 27, 2008, the project acceptance team composed of the Provincial Department of Oceans and Fisheries, the Panjin Ocean and Fishery Bureau, the Provincial Agricultural Comprehensive Development Office, and the Panjin Agricultural Comprehensive Development Office came to Panjin Guanghe Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. to undertake the responsibility of our company. The agricultural comprehensive project "Panjin City Crab Healthy Seed Breeding Base" project was accepted.

According to the requirements of the "National Agricultural Comprehensive Development Department Project Management Measures" and "Liaoning Provincial Agricultural Comprehensive Development Department Project Management Measures" and other documents, the acceptance team checked and accepted the project of the Crab Healthy Seed Breeding Base in Panjin City, Liaoning Province. After listening to the project work report made by Panjin Guanghe Aquatic Products Co., Ltd., checking the project construction project files and financial accounts for the use of funds, and inspecting the project construction on the spot, the acceptance team came to the following conclusions:

1. The construction of the project has generally completed the content of the plan issued by the state, achieved the construction goal of the project, and realized the use function of the project;

2. Panjin Guanghe Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. gave full play to its own advantages, comprehensively planned, scientifically designed, and carefully organized the implementation of the project, and the breeding of improved species of river crabs has achieved results;

3. The financial funds of the project are in full and timely place, the project unit has overfulfilled the self-financing plan, and has achieved special funds and special accounts for accounting, the approval procedures for various expenditures are complete, and the use of funds is reasonable;

4. The project construction project file is complete, and the contract and documentation materials are complete.

At the same time, the acceptance team suggested that in the future work, our seed breeding base should further strengthen the training of river crab farmers and improve the level of breeding technology; continue to carry out the scientific selection and breeding of river crab varieties, improve their excellent characters, and effectively give full play to the breeding of river crab varieties. The function of the base expands the coverage of refined species of river crabs.
