On July 9, 2000, I graduated from university and chose to join the company. So far, it has been 20 years. Looking back on the past, the imprints seem to be yesterday.



Over the past 20 years, I have been full of longing and passion, writing the passionate youth of our Guanghe people with blood and sweat, and spreading my persistence and hard work in ordinary jobs. My dear colleagues and I have witnessed the growth of the company with practical actions and written the legendary story of the company.

At the beginning of 2001, the company set up a sales department due to business development needs. I was fortunate to be an employee of the sales department. At that time, my work mainly revolved around the sales and service of ecological crab seedlings. Our core work was to sell crab seedlings and breed them. During my work, I witnessed how the integrity of the company is accumulated little by little, and how the integrity makes our company grow and develop little by little.



What I remember most over the years is January 3, 2002. At that time, the company's ecological crab seedlings were scheduled to start seedlings at the Dawa headquarters at 8:00 in the morning (the crab seedlings were priced at 1,200 yuan/jin, and the deposit was 500 yuan/jin). . At that time, I was on duty in the company every day (actually I was single and had no place to live). At about 8:00 pm on January 2, there were already farmers waiting in line at the door to set seedlings the next morning. It was very cold that night. I opened the door, issued the serial number to the farmers in the queue, and asked them to enter the house and wait in line. In the long queue, I actually found that the chairman's old father-in-law was also in the queue. At that time, a kind of respect was inexplicably raised in my heart. , I said: Uncle, why did your old man come to line up? Is it enough to say a word to the chairman? The uncle said: "Son, I will order a few catties of seedlings for my relatives. The company follows principles and integrity in everything. I can't do anything special, and I can't cause trouble for the company." In order to be moved, everyone said that this is a regular company, and you can't go wrong with buying the company's crab seedlings. I clearly remember that the order number I sent to the uncle was No. 8. After many years, I still think of the scene at that time. I was very moved and shocked. This is the demeanor of the chairman. His selflessness and non-specialization style are the foundation of our company's life.



In the production and sales of ecological crab seedlings, we set up a special after-sales service team. I remember that the company did not have a special service vehicle for going to the countryside at that time. Departing at 1 o'clock and returning to Dawa headquarters at 6 o'clock in the evening, riding more than 100 kilometers every day, south to Yingkou Gaokan, north to Panshan Tianshui Daban, west to Dongguo Weichang, east to Haicheng Wenxiang, all over Panjin Every corner of the crab breeding area. We go deep into the farmer's field, test the water quality for the farmer, popularize the breeding knowledge, investigate the crab breeding status, and our sincere service has been recognized by the majority of farmers. In our investigation and return visit, we found that many farmers are not good at breeding crab seedlings. It is not the quality of our crab seedlings. Some of them have problems with their own water quality, excessive fertilization, and some safety protection is not well done. Crab seedlings escaped, causing The breeding effect of farmers is not ideal. Farmers have come to the company to settle claims, besieged company leaders, and stayed in the company for a long time.



It even happened that individual emotional farmers detained our rural service personnel and vehicles. When I told the chairman of the actual investigation situation, I said that their breeding was not good, and it was not the problem of our seedlings. These were all tricksters. The chairman listened and said with a smile: The farmer's crab fry farming is not good. It's not the quality of our crab fry or the problem of our service. Don't blame the farmer's problem. Any problem with the farmer is not our evasion of responsibility. If there is a problem, we will be responsible to the end. This year there are seedlings to pay this year, this year no seedlings to pay next year, we must meet the satisfaction of farmers, only in this way can we cultivate our loyal customers, expand our crab seedling market, and our company's crab industry can develop and grow. It is under the guidance of the chairman's spirit of integrity and great love that our crab seedling industry can develop to today, occupying 70% of the market share in the north and 20% of the country's market share, becoming the absolute leader in the breeding of river crab seedlings in China. .



However, quality and service alone are not enough for crab seedlings. The main purpose of farmers to raise our crab seedlings is to make money, and they want economic benefits. As a leading enterprise in the production of crab seedlings in Panjin, the company also has to bear the responsibility. The burden of making farmers profitable has always been in the mind of the chairman in the company's development process. When the company sells crab fry, it signs a crab recycling contract with farmers. Our contract is called a "silly hat contract" in the industry. The terms of the contract stipulate that the company will recover the crabs from farmers at a guaranteed reserve price. When the market price is higher than the guaranteed price When the reserve price is set, the farmers can sell it on their own. When the market price is lower than the guaranteed reserve price, the company will unconditionally withdraw it. Such a contract is equivalent to a reassurance for the farmers and a ticking time bomb for themselves. I remember that in the autumn of 2004, our farmer had a bumper harvest of crab fry, but the market price that year dropped to the lowest point in history (no one wanted 3 yuan/catties), and the farmer could not sell the crab fry and faced huge losses. At that time, the chairman defied all opinions and risked a loss of millions of yuan, and resolutely decided to resolutely perform the contract, and recovered more than one million catties of crabs from farmers at a high price (6 yuan/catties), which reversed the crabs in Panjin in one fell swoop The market conditions have solved the sales problems of the majority of farmers. In the dark, good people must be rewarded. The integrity of the company is favored by God. In the next year, the market price of the crabs rose sharply. The company not only did not lose money, but made a profit of several million yuan, which became a story of the year.



Looking back on the history of the company's ecological crab seedling production, sales and service, I deeply feel the meaning of honesty, responsibility, love and fraternity. When we practice this great meaning, it also brings us rich returns. Our The sales of crab fry have grown from 3,500 jin in the initial stage to 10,000 and 20,000 jin in the rapid development stage, and now the annual sales volume is 150,000 jin and 200,000 jin. The enterprise benefit is also increasing year by year. What is even more commendable is that when our crab fry output cannot meet the order, we pay farmers 6 taels, 8 taels, and 9 taels. Follow us closely by paying the full price of Dingmiao. What we have gained is not only the benefits, but also the people's hearts of the vast number of farmers. However, the people's hearts cannot be deceived. In the future work, we must be more careful, walk on thin ice, and serve our parents with the greatest sincerity.



At present, the company is in a critical period of development and transformation, transforming from a production-oriented primary industry to a service-oriented tertiary industry.
