When it comes to sharing experience and setting goals, I actually have a lot of feelings: the Chinese are an introverted nation, and most of the time people are reluctant to express their thoughts or goals in public. Thinking, it is better not to say your own ideas and be questioned by others; on the other hand, you are afraid that your goals will not be achieved and will be laughed at by others. Everyone has this kind of thinking, but in fact, everyone has a goal or a vision deep in their hearts. We can choose to say it or not to say it. If you don't say it, no one will know, and you won't be ridiculed by others if you don't finish it; if you say it, as everyone knows, if you don't finish it, you will become the laughing stock of others. Faced with such consequences, how will we choose? Therefore, based on the human instinct to seek good luck and avoid evil, choosing to speak out requires a lot of courage.

In fact, when everyone is considering options, they will ignore the fact that "success is mostly forced out". Sharing our thoughts and stating our goals is forcing ourselves to make progress. This kind of persecution is actually the gentlest kind of persecution. If we don’t even have the determination and courage to persecute ourselves. , what ability do we have to deal with the persecution of the external environment? The heart does not call for things, and things do not arrive! There is still a bad phenomenon: the "inactive" people are laughing at the "positive and progressive" people, thinking that such people are stupid or flattering the leaders; those with "negative energy" are criticizing "positive energy", Think they are all hypocritical. Moreover, there is a considerable market for such jokes and criticism. As everyone knows, the essence of our work is "exchange", and we need to exchange the "value" we create for the treatment we enjoy. But this kind of "value" evaluation standard is not formulated by us, but forced around the overall goal of a team. If we think clearly about the essence of things, why should we be humble? Take the organization of this book club as an example. The employees didn't understand and thought I was fooling around; my colleagues didn't understand and thought I was a maverick; but I understand, I know what the needs of personal value realization are, and I know the company What are the needs of business development? Knowing this, I will understand that I need to learn and improve, and my employees also need to learn and improve. This is what my heart is calling for! Although there are still many difficulties and doubts to realize my vision, I firmly believe that as long as we persevere to the end, the result can only be success, and what I call for will surely arrive on schedule!

The goals I set for myself in 2022 are based on two aspects: material and spiritual needs: first, to lead the travel company to achieve business growth, and the per capita year-end dividend will increase by more than 50%; second, to lead everyone through learning and sharing, to clarify Everyone's inner needs are realized by building a team of peach blossoms. In order to successfully achieve this goal, I have also formulated a corresponding action plan in 2022:

3. Actively plan, focus on the main direction of the company's business development, carry out business derivatives on the basis of the original business, and achieve breakthroughs in labor practices, deep-processed products of river crabs, agricultural social services, and attempts to comprehensive rice and fish farming models.
