After coming to Kophui Nong, I truly realized that what we do without a goal is meaningless and directionless. Even if the work is trivial, the ultimate purpose cannot be forgotten. June-August is the most critical period for shrimp farming. Vibrio detection, microscopic inspection of shrimp, and water quality testing are repeated every day, and the cycle is boring. However, becoming a qualified veterinarian requires the accumulation of these daily experiences. Only by doing basic skills can practice make perfect and improve skills. In order to become a professional veterinarian, I cherish every shrimp tested, and record and analyze the indicators of each bottle of water. Going towards the goal, the work becomes motivated and organized.

Only by fully realizing your own value and giving full play to your talents can you stand the test and not be eliminated. Although I am only a small technician in Kophui Nong, I am responsible for my work, and it is my bottom line to ensure that there is no medication error. Because I love this job, I am worried about being replaced. The strong sense of crisis makes me study hard every day and never dare to slack off. The epidemic in 2020 has changed our lives. It was a special period. On the days of thousands of lights, Wuhan was closed, and all the people were worried. There were no bustling people and busy traffic on the streets, and people in a hurry. Those days of confinement at home are no longer boring. On the battlefield, how many people charged forward, sacrificing the ego, and achieving the greater ego. The tense days lasted until April. Our life gradually returned to normal and we began to return to work. The epidemic also changed our work mode. Staying up late and intertwining with the cold wind cannot equal the joy of this harvest. The praise of the brand and the fatigue of work have all gone with it.

This year, we have supported us from all directions, doing sales, doing statistics, running in the workshop, and sticking to Guanghe.
