The production department has 5 branches, 1 wholly-owned subsidiary, 1 joint venture subsidiary, various functional breeding and breeding workshops of 33,000 m³, covering an area of 540 hectares, mainly engaged in river crab seedlings and shrimp, shellfish, sea cucumbers nursery and breeding.

Delta Branch

Founded in 2002, it is located on the left bank of the estuary of the Liaohe River, at the southern end of the delta reed wetland, in the section of the junction hall.

Liaohai Branch

It consists of two bases, Erjiegou and Liaohekou. In 2018, the Liaohai branch was merged. Now it has developed into an area of 175 hectares. Erjiegou was established in 2011. It is located on the east side of the Dawa Delta Reservoir. Liaohekou was established at the end of 2014, located in the Liaohekou Wetland Reserve, formerly known as the Liaohekou jellyfish breeding circle.

Rongxing Branch

Founded in 2002, it is located in Haixing Village, Rongxing. It was formerly known as the Rongxing Farm Hatchery. It has now developed into various functional seedling workshops covering an area of 15 hectares and 7500m³. The main projects are sea cucumber and shellfish seedlings.

Shrimp Project Team (Branch)

Founded in 2021, it is located in the Delta branch. It was formerly known as the shrimp nursery project team of the R&D center. It has 17,000 m³ of various functional nursery workshops, focusing on shrimp nursery, marking and breeding.

Yingkou Erdao Sea Cucumber Farm (joint venture branch)

Founded in 2000, it is located in Erdao Village, Yingkou, and has now developed to an area of 35 hectares.

Jiangsu Dongbing Special Aquatic Seedling Technology Co., Ltd. (joint venture subsidiary)

Founded in 2020, it is located in the Dongtai area of Yancheng, Jiangsu. It was formerly known as Jiangsu Nantong Xietong Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. and was registered as Jiangsu Dongbing Special Aquatic Seedling Technology Co., Ltd. in 2021. Now covers an area of 80 hectares.

Dongying Guanghe Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. (joint venture subsidiary)

Founded in 2010, it is located in the Kenli Development Zone, Dongying, Shandong. It has now developed into various functional seedling workshops covering an area of 43 hectares and 8500 m³. The main projects are sea cucumber, shellfish breeding and adult ginseng breeding.
