In this beautiful season of the return of spring to the earth and the recovery of all things, just as the National Two Sessions were successfully held, we ushered in the 2018 Production Mobilization Conference of the Photosynthetic Crab Industry. It is a special honor and pride for me to speak here as a representative of the production department, and at the same time I deeply feel the great responsibility on my shoulders.

In the past 2017, under the correct leadership of the company, no major safety accident occurred in our production department, and various production tasks were completed relatively smoothly, but no good economic benefits were achieved. The breeding of Chinese prawns and Penaeus vannamei has been relatively successful. The over-fulfillment of the Chinese prawn release task has greatly improved the company's brand image; the management mechanism has been transformed by contracting, and the polyculture of jellyfish and shellfish has also been successful, which is a rationale for our idle land. Use to open up a new path. Due to the influence of unfavorable factors such as weather, sea cucumber and adult ginseng farming did not achieve the expected output and benefits; as the main production project of ecological crab fry, the delta did not achieve the expected output, which has a lot to do with our technical level and management level. In the crab fry production project, the company has integrated the northern river crab fry market. Due to the continuous influx of natural fry from the south, which has impacted the northern market, it has caused difficulties in the sales of our integrated crab fry, and the entire crab fry production has suffered losses. Fortunately, with the support of a strong clam post, the company adjusted some of the distribution policies, so that everyone has a satisfactory income, which has laid a solid human foundation for the smooth development of this year's production projects.

At the beginning of 2018, there was a very gratifying situation in the ordering of ecological crab fry. The crab fry was in short supply. Many people who wanted to order the company's crab fry couldn't order it. This is inseparable from our integration last year. Although we lost some money in the integration work, the integration has stabilized the market, improved the image of our company's products, showed the advantages of the company's new varieties, and achieved a good start for our crab seedling sales this year. For the production sector, this is very good news, but it is also an opportunity and a challenge.

In order to better complete various production tasks, strengthen team building and realize resource sharing. The management of the company integrates the resources within the company. First, the coastline branch and the Liaohekou branch were merged to establish the Liaohai branch, and then the accounting and custody positions were adjusted to provide efficient and fast services for the production department. As a production department, how to ensure the output is our current top priority. To this end, I solemnly promise: I will lead my team to do the following: First, to ensure safe production, no safety accidents will occur throughout the year, and to carry out safety education and training at all times, so that everyone can keep the alarm bell ringing. Second, strictly implement the various production plans formulated by the company and branch companies, and adhere to the principle of "starting with the end in mind", carefully plan and arrange carefully, so that the production work can be carried out in an orderly manner. Third, strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, actively give advice and suggestions, and become a model of compliance. I believe that other branches of the production department have the same idea as me, let us work hand in hand to overfulfill the various production tasks assigned by the company.

Colleagues of Guanghe, the horn of struggle has been sounded, and the ship of Guanghe has set sail. This year, production, tourism, and research and development will be fully blossomed.
