Recently, there have been more and more floating objects on the sea surface, and various marine debris floated to the shore with the ebb and flow of tides, or sank to the bottom of the sea or were salvaged by fishing nets, which seriously affected the fishermen's sea operations. When the tide ebbs on our clam hill, there are also marine debris of different sizes on the beach, including household items, waste nets, and many branches and woods covered with aquatic plants. Seeing this situation made me feel deeply, who caused these? It's all us humans!

As the saying goes, rely on the mountains to eat the mountains and rely on the sea to eat the sea. In our coastal areas, the ocean provides us with food and clothing, gives us wealth, and drives the economic development of the entire region. We must rely on the ocean to survive. A few days ago, in order to avoid the typhoon "Nasha", we sailed the boat near Panjin Port to take shelter from the wind, and found that the color of the sea was very dark, darker than the sea outside, and the sand stings in the water were obviously slow in swimming, which fully shows that There is a problem with the water quality. Due to the reclamation of the sea and the construction of chemical plants in the coastal areas in the past few years, it is said that these plants discharge several tons, tens of tons or more of sewage every day, and it is not known whether sewage treatment has been carried out, even if it has been Treatment, does it have no effect on marine life? Does it not destroy the ecological environment? In recent years, the aquatic resources in the Erjiegou sea area have been decreasing day by day. Fishermen generally report that the fish caught are less and less, and the size is relatively small. The quality of the seafood is not as good as before, and some aquatic creatures are still sick, with long spots on the fish. Tumor, shrimp and crab discoloration, which also proves the impact of seawater pollution on the ecological environment. For our 180,000-mu beach in Clam Hill, there are more than ten species of shellfish. Clams, green clams, clams, and mud snails all live in the sand. Feeding and spawning are all carried out on the beach. Activities are limited. Since shellfish are predatory animals, they filter all kinds of algae and microorganisms in seawater to supplement their own nutrients all the time, which requires the quality of seawater, and the deterioration of water quality directly affects the survival of shellfish. and growth. In view of the current status of water quality in the waters near Erjiegou, if various chemical pollution, human destruction and overfishing continue to be allowed, the number of aquatic animals in the offshore waters will drop sharply in the next few years, and even cause certain species to become extinct. It may never appear in this sea area again. I remember when I was a child, when the fishing boats returned to the port, they all returned with full loads, and the warehouses were full of fish and shrimp, and there were often excess production and sales, and the goods could not be sold, so they had to be thrown away. Discarded seafood can be seen everywhere in the open space on the side of the road. At that time, fishermen's boats and nets were still very backward and clumsy, so imagine how rich the seafood was at that time! Today, more than 30 years later, the price of seafood is increasing day by day, which can only mean that the quantity is getting smaller and smaller!

The ocean is a treasure endowed to human beings, and it should be guarded and protected by each of us. I call on everyone to start from themselves and reduce the damage to the ocean. I also hope to get the attention of relevant departments, take effective governance measures, and return to us Clear ocean for the benefit of future generations!
