Since joining the tourism development team of Guanghe Crab Village in early March 2015, he has been responsible for the reception work of the two projects of Wolong Lake fishing and Clam Gang tourism in Guanghe Crab Village.
During the two-year fishing reception work in Wolong Lake, we have attracted and received more than 3,000 fishermen through WeChat and fishing website promotion, accumulated a certain number of fishermen resources, and provided good services for the majority of fishermen. At work, whenever a fishing friend puts forward valuable opinions, I face it with a grateful heart, because they are the cornerstone of our growth and development. In daily work, I found that we should give full play to our advantages and integrate the existing advantageous resources. On the original basis, expand the hardware facilities, for example: plant trees on the west bank of Wolong Lake to provide convenience for the majority of fishermen to escape the summer and enjoy the cool; make full use of the resources of the Wolong Lake store, relying on the Red Beach Corridor for tourism, starting in May There will be tourists one after another; some wooden platforms will be built on the east and west banks of Wolong Lake to provide convenient fishing spots for fishermen, so that the appearance of Wolong Lake will take on a new look, and it will be spread by word of mouth and attract more fishermen.
In the reception service of Clam Gang maritime tourism, we adhere to the concept of providing high-quality services, and treat every tourist carefully and patiently, so that they can enjoy playing and have more understanding of our company. Since 2016, tourism demand has grown rapidly, and tourism forms such as parent-child tours, self-driving tours, surrounding tours, and urban leisure have become an integral part of more and more people's daily lives, and the driving force for tourism development is very strong. During the reception of Clam Hill last year, I realized that the marine tourism project with the theme of "picking up shells on the golden beach" is always favored by tourists. In addition to the hot projects such as "Golden Beach Picking Shells", we can also cooperate with wedding companies to receive wedding photos at sea, and we can also set up interesting projects such as sea fishing, parent-child sport fishing, and self-service fishing after the realization of marine ranch farming. , adding seafood feasts to high-end marine tourism projects, science popularization experience and cooperating with the sales department to realize the sales of the company's processed seafood products in the form of souvenirs, so we should make good use of the company's existing tourism resources Village tourism development and new research and development center science experience, company processed products, river crab, rice sales, etc. are combined, focusing on the cultural theme of each resource, supplemented by the tourism resources around Panjin, so that tourists can enjoy eating, One-stop service for living, traveling and playing.
Two years of fishing and tourism reception work have made me deeply aware of the importance of Internet publicity. We can combine the company's official website, WeChat public account, colleagues' Weibo, travel website and online ticketing platform, etc., and use the travel agency platform, WeChat account. Commercial ticket sales, etc. to attract customers, contact fishing, camping, yachting and other recreational clubs, hold some government and social public welfare activities, such as four sea fishing events to promote corporate culture, increase the influence of Photosynthesis in the society, and attract more Fishermen and tourists come to our Wollong Lake for recreational fishing, and come to our clam hill to get in touch with the sea.
