2016 has already waved goodbye to us. For each of us, this year must be rewarding and joyful, as well as a lot of thinking and confusion. For Liaohekou Branch, it also felt the ups and downs and thrilling, and also deeply felt the ups and downs and hard work.
I still remember the chairman's analysis of the situation and policies at the conference last year, and the challenges and opportunities we faced. In the face of the pollution of sea water, the lack of fresh water and the low price of crab fry, Liaohe Estuary has made other attempts: polyculture of jellyfish, clams and Oriental shrimp, semi-intensive culture of Oriental shrimp and free-range culture of Penaeus vannamei in the form of contract. Although we have not achieved good results in some aspects, we have explored a little experience and laid the foundation for future production.
2017 is destined to be an extraordinary year. The company has made major policy adjustments, and Liaohekou is on the cusp of the wave -- canceling the production of ecological crab seedlings, all employees participating in the joint operation of the company, and diversifying production projects. How to achieve the established goals on this 1600 acres of land is something that each of us needs to think hard about. There are fewer people and more land, so we can only work harder; if we lack experience in breeding technology, we can humbly ask others to give guidance. Facing such a challenge, we can only muster up the courage and face it positively.
The golden rooster announces the dawn, inspiring people to forge ahead, time flies, and the gates are like iron. Although the task is arduous and urgent, we are excited and full of expectations. 2017, a new journey, no time for me, no one for me. All Liaohekou people will work together and work hard to achieve new goals!
