The yield per mu of the delta has reached 190 catties, and the yield of the coastline branch has reached more than 200 catties. Even so, only the Jiangsu Rudong branch has benefited from the crab seedling sector, and several branches in the north have made overall losses. Employees are also depressed because the expected benefits have not been achieved, and even have doubts about the prospects of the crab seedling industry.

Could it be that our river crab seedling industry is really dying? Let us calmly analyze the reasons. The total output of the main seeds is too high, the situation of oversupply and the particularity of the seeds will inevitably lead to price wars; in addition, the homogenization of common seeds also makes our sales have no advantage. Arguably. In order to solve the above problems, the company is trying to integrate the northern crab market, and constantly establish the superiority of our company's crab seed. At present, national and aquaculture personnel are carrying out the selection and breeding of high-quality river crabs. So far, there are 4 new species of river crabs that have been cultivated and approved by the National Aquatic Breeds Committee by relevant domestic units, namely "Yangtze River 1# and Changjiang 2#", which were bred by Jiangsu Freshwater Fisheries Research Institute, and Panjin Photosynthetic Crab Industry. Co., Ltd. and "Jianghai 21#" selected by Shanghai Ocean University, but only our "Photosynthetic 1#" can be popularized and fruitful. According to incomplete statistics, at present, Jinkangda, Tongwei, Aohua, Tianbang, Haorun, Shanghai Sanzhi and other enterprises are involved in the crab seed industry. At present, our company has established a partnership with Aohua and Liyang companies to promote new varieties. Once the promotion scale is expanded, it will inevitably drive the sales of crabs, and thus drive the sales of our Guanghe No. 1 seed. According to the photosynthetic 1# new variety we have promoted in the past two years, farmers still recognize the advantages of the new variety. Some people say that it is no different from ordinary seedlings, and when the seedlings are really settled, they still choose photosynthetic 1#. Therefore, we have this brand in hand, and our hearts will be full of strong motivation. It is only a matter of time before we occupy the market. Our crab fry order policy has just opened for a few days, and we have made a good start. I believe that this year's victory will definitely belong to us.

So how can we achieve victory, and what can we use as a guarantee? First of all, we must optimize the team, build a reasonable organizational structure, realize the reasonable flow of personnel, enhance the sense of responsibility and mission of employees, and lead everyone to establish a firm belief; secondly, we must Make a detailed plan and implement it firmly, pay attention to details, and ensure that the measures are in place; the third is to save costs, and to reduce costs is to improve efficiency. One of the measures to reduce costs is to reduce unnecessary expenses, and the other is to increase the yield of crab seedlings and reduce the amount of resources used. As an employee of the production department, your workplace value can only be realized if the output reaches the standard, so we should use the energy of last year to increase the unit yield.
