At present, the country's white shrimp aquaculture has a rapid momentum and is the main aquaculture species in the aquaculture industry. The current high-yield pond has a maximum yield of 14,000 jin/mu. With a profit of more than 100,000 yuan per mu, a large number of breeding experts and white shrimp-related feed, processing and distribution enterprises have been born.

The "long years" in the singing can be used to describe the development of our company's white shrimp farming. In view of the short production cycle of ecological seedlings, the utilization of seedling ponds and their associated rotifer ponds after emergence has always been a headache for the company. The strings instinctively relax, and they all want to go home as much as possible and have a good rest. From top to bottom, the production of white shrimp is often neglected. As the technical level of ecological seedlings increases, competition intensifies, and profits are getting thinner and thinner, how to make full use of existing resources and create maximum profits highlights the importance of shrimp farming.

Looking at our company's white shrimp farming, limited to conditions and environment, in order to maximize the use of rotifer ponds, we generally carry out extensive white shrimp farming, and the output has been hovering at the level of 5 catties/mu to 10 catties/mu. The output has increased in recent years. Last year, the output reached about 10 jin/mu. The highest unit yield over the years came from 16.7 jin/mu from the Delta branch. However, if only white shrimp farming is counted, there is still no profit. In order to increase the output of shrimp farming, the method of introduction has been adopted in recent years to attract customers from Fujian and Heilongjiang to farming, but the changes in the environment did not lead to changes in production, and they all ended in failure.

Successive failures have prompted the company to make up its mind to actively respond to the country's call to "actively promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation", to tap potential internally, and on the basis of fully trusting the capabilities of our employees, we have adopted the form of encouraging internal contracting among employees to achieve the goal of increasing production. At the beginning of the contract, employees had all kinds of ideas: some employees thought that I was working, and I didn’t want to take any risks; What should I do if the water floats? Some employees think that the output of free-range white shrimp has always been relatively low, and they cannot calculate the profit account; some employees look down on ourselves and think that the external contractors have lost money, so can we earn? In response to this kind of thinking, starting from the general manager, the mobilization work is done level by level. In the end, under the guidance of major policies, leaders at all levels, especially grass-roots leaders, through a lot of ideological work, flexibly adopted a variety of contracting forms to implement the contracting requirements of the general manager's office: among them, Liaohekou and the reception hall are public contracting forms. Delta is a form of small team contracting.

The nature of this form of contracting is to assign responsibility to specific people, so that their interests are directly linked to their efforts, and their interests are directly linked to their investment. After the start of the contracting, take the four people contracted by Delta as an example. They live together and discuss what to pay attention to and what to do next. Compared with the original breeding method, they adopted batches of water replenishment, drug administration, and local rack oxygenation. Many methods such as machine and other methods are used to ensure the survival rate of white shrimp; they get up early and late at night, patrol the pool before dawn, and also patrol the pool when it is dark, and deal with problems in time.

Their hard work paid off, and their efforts have achieved unexpected results. From the harvest at the end of September to the end of mid-October, the delta started to catch 22,000 catties of white shrimp, with an average of 32 catties/mu; the reception hall started to catch white shrimp 10,000 catties, with an average of 35 catties/mu; Liaohekou, 7,000 catties, with an average of 23 catties/mu. In 2016, free-range white shrimp achieved a total output of nearly 40,000 catties, sales of 937,000 yuan, and an average unit yield of 30.6 catties/mu. The output nearly doubled compared to previous years.

The success of breeding in 2016 has aroused great repercussions among the majority of employees, attracted the attention of the public, and aroused everyone's interest, which will also greatly stimulate the enthusiasm of other employees.
