        My name is Sun Na, the manager of the R&D building of the R&D center. I was named the company's outstanding employee in 2013 and stood here to speak. I am very proud and excited. As colleagues of outstanding employees, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the leaders and colleagues who have recognized and encouraged our work!

        I am lucky to have worked in the R&D center for 4 years, because here I met two teachers, Li Yonghan and Lei Yanzhi. Their humorous life style and rigorous and serious work attitude are worthy of my attention. Lifelong learning; I met my leader, Mr. Liu, who supported and encouraged me when I encountered difficulties, and understood and tolerated my base work, which filled me with confidence and motivation in my work. The work in the R&D building requires rigor and care. The one thing I say to myself every morning when I wake up is: I can't go wrong! Especially in the critical period of production, if there is a problem with water quality monitoring, it will lead to an increase in production costs, and irreparable losses in the worst case; the production verification test cannot be wrong, and it cannot be affected by my lack of careful consideration and unstandardized operation. As for the results of the test; even simple cleaning can not be sloppy and slack, the R&D building is the facade of the company to receive visitors, and it is not because of my personal negligence that the provincial and municipal leaders have a flawed impression of photosynthesis. Doing these things well is my duty in this position.

        In the R&D center and the Delta base, there are more colleagues who work silently in their positions. Xi Wenqiu, the person in charge of the Well Saltwater Project, only took three and a half days off last year. Zheng Yan, the head of the crab breeding project, took over indoor seedlings for the first year. During the breeding period, he stayed in front of the hatching tank day and night, fearing that the crab seedlings would have an accident. He said: "Every time these seedlings spend a day safely, my heart Just put down a little bit every day." Jiang Yujun, director of the delta sea cucumber nursery, left her 2-year-old daughter at home in order to concentrate on her work. Distract yourself. There are also those colleagues who I don't know the names of, who are working hard in the southern base. They have left their families and children for the development of photosynthesis and went to other places.

        In Photosynthesis, there are more obscure and diligent colleagues in their ordinary positions, they may not express their ideas, they may not have a high degree of education, and some even only I can write my own name, but the future of the big family of Guanghe is supported by the unremitting efforts of every member, excellent employees, model workers, and everyone who works hard and works hard in their own jobs. Colleagues, I want to pay tribute to you. Attitude is everything. It has nothing to do with education, ability, or qualifications. A serious, active and diligent working attitude is the fundamental prerequisite for doing everything well.

        In Photosynthesis, work is never just a means of earning a living, it is the source of happiness in life; the combination of political integrity and ability is the criterion of our life, self-improvement has never been a slogan, it is more rooted in our hearts life motto. I am willing to take root and sprout in the soil of photosynthesis, progress and grow, a new year, a new starting point, I believe that with the joint efforts of everyone, our photosynthesis will definitely ride the wind and waves and sail thousands of miles!
