On December 10, 2008, the company conducted the 2008 annual management review. General Manager Chai Yongqing presided over the meeting, and each input document preparer read out the content of the input documents:
(1) Xing Yong: report on internal audit results, 2007 supervision and audit results, and output tracking of 2007 management review.
(2) Ma Min, Chen Tingjun: customer feedback and improvement suggestions;
(3) Zhang Changxin: process performance and product compliance and improvement suggestions;
(4) Liu Xu: report on the status of preventive and corrective measures;
(5) Bai Haijuan: Human resource allocation and improvement suggestions;
(6) Xing Yong: Changes and improvement suggestions affecting QMS.
Participants in the review meeting discuss the contents of all input documents and draw the management review conclusion: through the verification of the tracking measures of the last management review, it is proved that the output of the last review has been implemented. However, although certain measures have been taken to promote the publicity and implementation of the quality management system, the timeliness and accuracy of material procurement, inspections, product sales, and material management, they have not achieved much and need to be further strengthened.
Review improvement requirements:
1. Problems in sales work: mainly for the river crab industry and sea cucumber industry, but the sales of other jellyfish seeds, processed products and shellfish are not in place. In the future sales, we should pay attention to the sales of other products. The proportion of sales of other products in the assessment of the sales department should be increased.
2. Internal training should be carried out in strict accordance with the training plan specified at the beginning of the year, and the training methods should be flexible and diverse, so that the training can achieve the expected effect, and cannot be in form. Develop a relatively complete assessment system, so that the assessment can be implemented in place, and can truly reflect the work performance of employees. Personnel recruitment depends not only on diplomas, but also on comprehensive ability to improve the existing recruitment system.
3. As the country pays more and more attention to food safety, the company must strengthen the management of the use of drugs during production (seeds, food, etc.), and establish a corresponding system to prevent the use of illegal drugs from affecting products.
