On June 22 and 23, 2013, the first "High-Performance Team Building Outward Bound Training" was held in the conference room on the first floor of the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. This outreach training was designed by Sun Zhongzheng, deputy general manager of the management center, and organized, coordinated and implemented by the Human Resources Department. Li Xiaodong, chairman of the company, Chai Yongqing, vice president of production management, Ma Min, vice president of marketing management, and Zhou Xiongfei, vice president of science and agriculture, took time out of their busy schedules to visit and guide. A total of 58 high-potential employees from the headquarters, R&D center, marketing center, popular science and agriculture service station, Delta branch, Rongxing branch, Jieguan Hall branch, and Rudong branch participated in the training.
At 8:30 on the 22nd, the expansion training officially started under the leadership of the head coach Sun Zhongzheng. Every link was full of tension and excitement. The first step is to group people and set up families. Four natural groups are formed through circular reporting. The members of each group discuss and decide the names of the four families. They are: Youth Family, Endeavour Family, Harmonious Family and Happy Family. Determine the leader of the family and the slogan of the family, and introduce the family members one by one, while competing memory and alleviating the strangeness and embarrassment that may arise between each other, laying a good foundation for the smooth development of the event. To make the training more attractive, each employee raised a shared fund for expansion as a family unit and set activity goals. A total of eight game projects were carried out in this outreach training - multi-legged centipede, hula hoop transmission, decoding DNA, blind person touching number, performance in 30 seconds, how much water it can hold, sitcom performance, moving the Tower of Hanoi, and rebirth from ashes . The coach gave detailed explanations and demonstrations of the rules of the game. The students actively discussed and researched, formulated combat plans, and met various challenges through repeated practice and active preparation. In the end, the Youth Family led by Zhang Jing and Sun Haijiao won the first place in this outreach training with a total score of 419 points. , successfully shared the activity fund with the youth family. The Harmony family led by Tian Li and Wang Hui and the Endeavour family led by Yang Yang and Li Zaixun won the third and fourth place respectively.
The two-day game, sharing and explanation cycle-style development training is over. After each activity, the students actively communicated and shared their game experience. While participating in the activity, they obtained a training effect that was different from the classroom explanation.
