Thank you very much for the trust and support of the directors and representatives. We elected our Dawa County Fisheries Association as the director unit of the National Science and Technology Beneficial Agriculture and Aquaculture Technology Cooperation Network, and elected me as the director. Faced with such a glorious and arduous mission, I can only be full of confidence, redouble my efforts, adhere to the concept and purpose of "popularization benefiting farmers, service first, cooperation and win-win", and lead the members of the collaboration network to walk out a road of innovation, harmony, The road of development can live up to everyone's trust and expectations.

The Agricultural Technology Center of the China Association for Science and Technology and the China Agricultural Technology Cooperation are the management departments of the national grass-roots agricultural technology associations. Our Dawa County Fisheries Association is an organization established on the basis of Panjin Guanghe Crab Industry Co., Ltd. Panjin Guanghe Crab Industry Co., Ltd. is a private scientific and technological enterprise engaged in the cultivation of high-quality aquatic seedlings, sea and freshwater aquaculture, food processing and technical services. Since its establishment, it has adhered to the mission of "producing ecological quality products and benefiting thousands of households", and has formed the core competitiveness of the enterprise through technological innovation, promoting the rapid development of the enterprise. Now the company has become a national high-tech enterprise, a national healthy seed breeding center and a healthy breeding demonstration farm of the Ministry of Agriculture. The company has 540 employees, including 210 college graduates from aquatic colleges across the country, who have become an entrepreneurial team of college students. A number of scientific research achievements have won national, provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards, and it has become a domestic leading enterprise in the production and technical management of seedlings such as river crabs, jellyfish, clams, American clams, and woolly clams. As a key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization in Liaoning Province, we have always adhered to the tenet of "Popularizing the Farmers, Providing Services First", with the aim of continuously improving the level of local aquaculture technology and agricultural industrialization, increasing farmers' income, and boosting the construction of new socialist countryside. The annual per capita income is increased by 3,000 yuan. Therefore, we have been successively awarded the honorary titles of National Rural Popular Science Demonstration Base, National Advanced Unit of Science Popularization Benefiting Farmers and Villages, and National Science Popularization Education Base by China Association for Science and Technology. In 2011, when Comrade Chen Xi, then the first secretary and executive vice chairman of the Secretariat of the China Association for Science and Technology, came to visit Pan, he fully affirmed our work of popularizing science and benefiting farmers.

This time, as the leading unit of the National Science and Technology Benefit Agriculture and Aquaculture Technology Cooperation Network, we are honored to be elected as the chairman unit thanks to the support and trust of the directors and representatives. But we know very well that there is a big gap in terms of technical strength and industrial scale compared with the brother units here and the excellent aquaculture technology associations and enterprises in the country. We must fulfill the responsibilities of the chairman unit, implement the party's line, principles and policies, conscientiously convene and preside over the representative assembly and council of the cooperative network governing unit, check the implementation of the resolutions of the governing unit representative assembly and the council meeting, and carefully Formulate an annual work plan, take the lead in establishing a long-term mechanism for benefiting farmers with science popularization, supervise the governing units to abide by discipline and law, and ensure the safety, trustworthiness and order of the collaboration network.
