2021 Party member development object training experience

From March 29 to 31, 2021, I had the honor to participate in the 2021 Party Member Development Target Training Course in Dawa District as a party member development target. Thanks to the company and the party organization for giving me this opportunity, so that I can have a more in-depth understanding of the party organization in terms of the conditions, obligations and rights of a Communist Party member; the nature and guiding ideology of the Communist Party of China; the history of the Communist Party of China, etc. Thought has also been sublimated. Through the incisive analysis of the teachers of the party school, the unique insights and a lot of references, I was deeply inspired and educated. It has always been my dream to join the Communist Party of China with honor, and it is also the goal of my work and study.

The Communist Party of China is the vanguard of the Chinese working class, the vanguard of the Chinese people, and represents the fundamental interests of the Chinese nation. This has strengthened my confidence in joining the Communist Party of China. There is a certain gap, but since the day I wrote the party application, I have been strict with myself and played an exemplary and leading role in my work. What I have done is far from enough, but this will also become the driving force for me to move forward. I will definitely pass My own practical actions strive to join the party as soon as possible, and contribute my little power to the party's cause!

During the training, we learned "Interpretation of the Spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China", "Forming a Strong Domestic Market and Building a New Development Pattern", "Learning the Party History and Taking the Long March Road in the New Era", "Marxist China" Through systematic study, I became more determined to believe that joining the party was my correct political choice, and I would actively move closer to the party organization, in the party's Accept training in the melting pot, and join thousands of Communist Party members to embark on the journey of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, dedicating their youth and sweat.

As an activist who wants to join the party, I have a positive attitude towards life and a firm will. I have a correct world outlook, outlook on life, and values. I am trying to improve my quality in all aspects. I realize that the party is very organized and disciplined. I also know that I still have a long way to go from being a party member, but I will continue to work hard to make myself eligible for party membership as soon as possible.

Before this training, I had a one-sided view that as long as you keep studying hard, actively participate in various work and social activities, and care about the society, you can join the Communist Party of China and become a truly qualified member of the Communist Party. But after this training, I learned that a real Communist Party member needs to have the conditions, I also understand the obligations and rights of a Communist Party member, and I have a deeper understanding of the nature and guiding ideology of the Chinese Communist Party. I will continue to Learn to improve yourself and keep practicing to exercise yourself. Through this training, I mainly gained the following benefits:

1. Understand and master the history of the party and the basic knowledge of the party through the training system

Through the training in the past few days, the wonderful guidance of the training teachers has enabled me to systematically understand the basic knowledge of the nature of our party, guiding ideology, party history and organizational principles, and further understand the party's basic line, policy, The true meaning of policies, etc., has made my understanding of the party further improved, so that I have a clearer direction and goals in work, study, life, etc., so as to know the party, believe in the party, Always go with the party.

2. Through training and learning, I have further corrected my motivation for joining the party

Through this training, my understanding of the party and the cultivation of party spirit have been sublimated again. It made me deeply feel that joining the party is not only an honor, but also means taking on the responsibility and mission of a party member. Through this systematic study, I have strengthened my belief that joining the Communist Party of China is the right choice. I will arm myself with Marxist philosophy, adhere to socialist values, and strengthen communist ideals. Strengthen party spirit exercise, improve political theoretical literacy, and strengthen personal cultivation.

3. Identify gaps through training and determine the direction of struggle

Through this training, I learned about the conditions of Communist Party members, carefully checked my own gaps against the standards of Party members, and made clear which aspects have reached the requirements of Party members and which aspects have not yet been achieved. Work hard and take practical actions to join the Communist Party of China as soon as possible. Exercise yourself with practical actions, require yourself to be firm in your socialist values, and correct the idea that you can join the party as long as you do your job well. It has now been fully realized that Communist Party members must reflect its advanced nature and exemplary character in all aspects. I will always measure myself with the standards of a Party member, and strictly demand myself with the conditions of a Party member.

In the past, my understanding of the party was mostly perceptual. Through this training and study, I have made a great change in my thinking. Be able to have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the party, elevate it to a rational understanding, determine a lifelong political belief in fighting for the cause of communism, and strive to join the party ideologically before joining the party organizationally.
