Fishery seed industry is a strategic and basic core industry of fishery, and it is the foundation of ensuring the safe and effective supply of aquatic products and promoting the construction of modern fishery. According to the requirements of the "Ministry of Agriculture on Printing and Distributing the Activity Plan for the Establishment of the National Modern Fishery Seed Industry Demonstration Farm in 2013" (Nong Yu Fa [2013] No. 24), our company started the application work in September 2013.

On April 15th, 45 interns from Dalian Ocean University came to the company for an internship. In order to give full play to the advantages of the enterprise, complete the task of co-construction between schools and enterprises, cultivate more college students to establish professional ideas, improve the professional technical level and scientific research ability of aquatic products, and establish a good enterprise. Image, fully display the company's corporate culture, business philosophy and talent training and promotion mechanism, attracting more outstanding graduates to the company for employment. The company has specially formulated an intern reception plan, and arranged a series of trainings, communication, spring outings, dinners, discussions and entrepreneurial talks during the internship process, so as to provide all internships with a happy work, happy life, and a fulfilling and meaningful internship life. .

On April 21, 12 students from Shenyang Agricultural University came to the company for an internship, and the school's party committee teachers visited the internship site.

After a year of hard work in the export business of the company, on November 19, 2007, a contract for supplying crabs was signed with Korean customers. On November 23, the company's first export business was completed. This time, a total of 18 tons were supplied, which were exported from Dalian Port to Incheon Port in South Korea in five times. The first shipment was 3 tons. After strict inspection by China's inspection and quarantine department, it arrived in South Korea on the morning of the 24th. According to the feedback from South Korean customers, the survival rate was very good, and the customers were very satisfied. The remaining 15 tons will be exported in the near future.

The training course of the National Science Popularization Beneficial Aquaculture Technology Collaboration Network of China Agricultural Technology Association was held in Xiamen, Fujian Province from November 18 to 20, 2013. The training was co-sponsored by China Rural Professional Technology Association and China Fisheries Society.
