Mr. Li Guoping, President of the Crab Branch of China Fisheries Association, Mr. Zhai Pengfei, former Director of Panjin Ocean and Fishery Bureau, Mr. Lu Weibing, Vice President of the Crab Branch of China Fisheries Association, Mr. Shen Jianguo, Vice President of the Crab Branch of China Fisheries Association, Secretary of the Crab Branch of China Fisheries Association Ms. Chang You Xizhen, former Vice President of Dalian Ocean University, Professor Lei Yanzhi, a famous expert in water environment chemistry and photosynthetic tutor, and Mr. Li Xiaodong, Chairman of Panjin Photosynthetic Crab Industry Co., Ltd. attended the event.

At 18:30 on June 1, 2019, the "2019 Panjin River Crab Festival and the 2nd Panjin Photosynthetic Crab Festival" was grandly opened at the Red Beach Wetland Science Museum! This event was jointly sponsored by the River Crab Branch of the China Fisheries Association, the Panjin River Crab Industry Alliance, and the Propaganda Department of the Dawa District Committee of the Communist Party of China, and jointly undertaken by Panjin Dawa Agricultural Reclamation Group Co., Ltd. and Panjin Guanghe Crab Industry Co., Ltd. The "golden industry" rice crab breeding season has begun, and the Panjin river crab industry has been upgraded to a new level.
