On February 17th, the provincial key class for high-quality farmers training (Liaonan aquaculture industry manager class) opened in Panjin Guanghe Crab Industry Co., Ltd.

This training class is the "first class" of the Year of the Tiger. In terms of curriculum setting, it covers laws and regulations, team building, brand building, rural e-commerce and other fields; in terms of organizational management, it has realized the coordination of teachers and performance management. In terms of training mode, a new structure combining "online and offline" and classroom training has been created; in terms of industrial boosting, it has further consolidated variety training, quality improvement, and brand building. The purpose of this training class is to speed up the development of rural human capital, improve farmers' scientific and technological awareness, adapt to the new situation of rural economic development, and strengthen the team of aquaculture professional managers in southern Liaoning. Comprehensively promote rural revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization by improving the overall quality of individuals, industrial management capabilities, policy control capabilities, and market adaptability. 40 students from Panjin, Liaoyang, Yingkou and other regions, including family farm operators, farmers' cooperative leaders, and heads of agricultural socialization service organizations, attended the opening ceremony.
