In Panjin's Red Beach, Wolong Lake, where the sea and river meet, there is also a winter fishing on the eve of the Spring Festival every year. This year is the 8th year of winter fishing in Wolong Lake. Before 9 o'clock that day, local and foreign tourists gathered from all directions to the shore of Wolong Lake in Red Beach to participate in this year's 3rd Winter Fishing and Hunting Culture Tourism Festival and 8th Wolong Lake Winter Catching in Red Beach. After the winter fishing sacrifices and blessings, the fishermen began to take back the first net of the new year. At 10:18, the "head fish" with a length of more than 2 feet was fished out. This is the most dynamic fish, which means family harmony, abundant crops and prosperity of the industry. Afterwards, more than a dozen fishermen worked together to pull the net, and all kinds of live fish, such as fathead, bass, grass carp, and silver carp, were rolled and pulled ashore, tumbling and jumping on the ground. Among the 10,000 catties of fish caught in one net that winter, a 22 catty perch was put on a red flower as the "fish king", and was "invited" to the auction together with the "head fish", and finally sold for 28888 Yuan and 68,888 yuan were auctioned.
