After graduating in July and not yet joining the company, I feel uneasy and uneasy. In particular, I have communicated with seniors in the aquaculture industry, and I learned that it would be a job full of hard work and sweat before joining the job. Conditions such as harsh working environment, long working hours, and more physical work are unacceptable in the eyes of most people.
But the moment I saw the company's science pavilion changed my mind. The design is clever, fresh and unconventional, clean and tidy and completely different from the aquatic company in the impression. The living environment and supporting facilities that I came into contact with afterwards were even more perfect, especially when I learned that there was a gym, I was even more shocked. Paying attention to the lives of employees and paying attention to employees is unmatched by other companies in the same industry. At that time, I thought in my mind, "This company is too good, not only in production, but also in building culture. It is my lifetime honor to choose this company."
After actually entering the work, I came into contact with various workshops and laboratories. The workshops and laboratories have perfect facilities and advanced equipment. But more importantly, we are always exploring new possibilities.
The word "water" in aquaculture comes first. The laboratory has completed the water quality measurement of each project, ensuring the production of each workshop and the return visit of the crab households. At the same time, it is also doing a lot of exploration, strengthening its own experimental ability to improve the accuracy of data, and accepting other external water quality measurement is to transform the laboratory into a laboratory. An exploration of functional possibilities. In the workshop, we not only study crabs, but also combine scientific research to explore new efficient breeding models, study various influencing factors to improve the survival rate, and breed high-quality varieties to strive for the new "Guanghe No. 1" myth, and we do not stop at the status quo and explore new Breeding varieties, to be the vanguard of possible new scientific research directions of the company.
After coming here, every colleague and leader I have come into contact with is friendly to others, and after in-depth contact, I feel that everyone has their own skills and is never stingy. I have learned a lot of knowledge and practical skills from everyone, and it is worth learning more, not only knowledge but also life. We also met undergraduates and postgraduates from Dalian Ocean University and Shenyang Agricultural University who came to the company for internships. Since I have just graduated, there are still many common topics, which makes me feel that the company is full of vitality.
