      The training course adopts 3 teaching methods including centralized teaching, on-site teaching, and online training, and lasts for 15 days and 120 hours. Among them, 36 hours are online, 44 hours are offline theory, and 40 hours are practical training and observation. Lectures include high-yield rice cultivation techniques, crab farming, wintering of northern crabs under ice, multi-trophic three-dimensional farming in freshwater ponds, vannamei shrimp farming, transformation and upgrading of pond farming and green and healthy farming models, digital fishery-factory shrimp farming, agricultural vibrato Short video creation and other content greatly meet the needs of students for breeding technology, business management technology, and sales technology.

      Panjin Guanghe Crab Industry Co., Ltd. began to receive the training business of new professional farmers for the first time in 2016, and began to independently undertake the training of professional farmers in 2018. Now it is the third time to undertake the training business independently. In 2019 and 2020, the company has successively obtained the qualifications of the Liaoning Provincial Farmer Education and Training Demonstration Base, the Liaoning Provincial Party School Party School on-site teaching site for the young and middle-aged class, and the National Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Base.
