In 2017, under the correct leadership and scientific management of the head office, and with the joint efforts of all employees, Clam Gang successfully completed the planned goals set at the beginning of the year, with a total output value of 61.394 million yuan throughout the year. Among them, 177.45 tons of clams were harvested, and the output value was 2.184 million yuan; 8,341 tons of clams with seedlings were harvested, and the output value was 26.91 million yuan; 159 tons of mud snails were harvested, and the output value was 2.86 million yuan; The output value is 29.44 million yuan. The output and output value of shellfish completed 194% and 318% of the plan at the beginning of the year respectively.

The achievement is inseparable from the hard work of employees in various departments of Clamgang. Among them, the offshore production department has a total of 609 tidal waves throughout the year; the marine nursing department has properly handled 5 illegal disputes throughout the year; the land production department sold shellfish products throughout the year. A total of 9,418 tons; the comprehensive service department completed 162 purchases of various materials throughout the year, organized 8 training sessions for various departments, and participated in 1 safety publicity activity in the marine department; Clam Gang handled a total of 47 violations of laws and disciplines throughout the year; 1036 tourists.

In 2017, although we have achieved gratifying results, we must also realize that the problems of incomplete grasp of market information and neglect of research on the buyer group still exist, so that our high-quality products do not have an advantage in sales prices. In the next step, we will strengthen the investigation to understand the market dynamics of all the products sold by Clam Gang, and analyze the customer resources, product whereabouts, sales volume and price, and strive to maximize the benefits.

The key work of Clam Post in 2018 mainly includes the following three aspects:

1. Strengthen safety production management and seek benefits from safety production. Always put safety first, conduct regular inspections and check for potential safety hazards, effectively enhance the awareness of safety red lines, be problem-oriented, further strengthen the organization and leadership of safety production work, fully implement safety responsibilities, and pay close attention to safety production. Organize employees to learn various safety production management systems. At the same time, strengthen supervision and strictly deal with violations;

In 2018, the output of shellfish is planned to reach 6,415 tons, with an estimated output value of 43.325 million yuan. Among them, 6,000 tons of clams with seedlings were harvested, and the output value was 26.4 million yuan; 175 tons of mud snails were harvested, and the output value was 3.325 million yuan; 60 tons of green clams were harvested, and the output value was 900,000 yuan; Realized output value of 11.88 million yuan; cone snail realized output value of 700,000 yuan;

2. Accelerate the construction of marine pasture projects and promote the development of recreational fisheries. According to the requirements of the project time and schedule nodes, the division of labor and responsibilities will be clearly defined to ensure that all project facilities are completed by the end of May, and deep-water anti-wind and wave cage culture has become normalized. In this way, diversified recreational fishery projects such as recreational fishing, sea picking, and sea sports will be developed.

3. The release of shellfish seedlings is an effective means to supplement the population and quantity of fishery resources, improve and restore the ecological environment damaged by overfishing, and maintain biodiversity. In order to ensure the sustainable development of the shellfish aquaculture industry in the clam hills, in 2018, it is planned to increase the amount of cultured clam seedlings, green clam seedlings, and large bamboo clams to supplement shellfish resources, maintain the ecological balance, and ensure the continuous and stable benefits of the clam hills.
