Working in the R&D center for 4 years, I am mainly responsible for the rice field breeding of Chinese long-armed shrimp and the clam hill resource survey project. In the past 2017, the success of the Chinese small long-armed shrimp breeding model has added new content to the comprehensive cultivation of rice fields, and also contributed to the The development of the company has brought about a new revenue-generating model, and the clam hill resource survey project has also provided scientific and effective data support for the production of clam hill. The solid progress of the river crab breeding project and the successful promotion of the new variety Guanghe No. 1 have laid the foundation for the company's ecological crab seedling industry. These achievements are the leaders' attention and support to the research and development work, and the R&D team is united and hard-working. result. Success will not make us proud and satisfied, because compared with these achievements, we also shoulder more responsibilities and missions, focus on the industrial application of technology, and provide new directions and strong support for the company's production projects. Technical support is our most urgent task; at the same time, with the help of the new R&D platform, improving our own scientific research level in cooperation and exchanges is also an internal strength that we must strengthen. The current situation of increasing R&D projects and shortage of personnel requires each of us to make a hundred times more efforts in our own positions.
