In addition to the successful completion of research and development projects such as the selection and breeding of new species of river crabs, the success of the breeding model of Chinese small long-armed shrimp has added to the comprehensive cultivation of rice fields. It has brought new content and a new revenue-generating model for the development of the company. Of course, in the past year, the thing that inspired us the most was the completion of the 14,000-square-meter Photosynthetic New Technology R&D Center. From the ground breaking on June 13th to the capping on September 20th, this building, which bears the expectations of all photosynthetic people, has brought us new dreams and hopes.

    Looking back, the history of photosynthesis is a history of scientific and technological innovation, from the success of ecological seedling breeding in the earthen pond of river crabs, the pioneering of the cultivation of crabs in paddy fields, the promotion of new varieties of river crabs, and the success of the rice field breeding model of small river shrimps. The history of photosynthesis is a history of technological innovation. These iconic achievements are the glorious footprints of the Guanghe people on the road of chasing their dreams. The achievements in the past cannot change our present and future, but the spirit of innovation will always inspire Guanghe people to move towards higher and farther goals. Today, we want to build the Silicon Valley of China's crab industry and build an international-level aquatic science and technology research and development center. This is not arrogance, conceit, or boasting, but we are in the National River Crab Genetics and Breeding Center, the National River Crab Industry Technology Innovation Alliance, and the National High-tech. Under the support of eight national platforms including enterprises, driven by the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, and inspired by the inheritance of the spirit of innovation, Guanghe people are self-knowledge, self-awareness, self-improvement, self-confidence, pride and self-improvement.

    The completion of the new R&D center also gives us more important responsibilities and missions in the new year. We should be the leader of production technology and the builder of R&D platform. We will still keep up with the rhythm and pace of production, provide timely and accurate data on water quality and testing, and let our work guide production. In the face of various research and development tasks, we will be serious and rigorous, and take every step of the way. We must also do a good job in the construction of the R&D platform. From planning and design, decoration layout to operation cooperation, we will carefully plan, carefully arrange, and manage scientifically, and build our new R&D center into a technology platform with reasonable layout, complete functions and first-class facilities. , is the most important and urgent content of our mission of "scientific and technological innovation, help flying photosynthesis".     I came to Guanghe after graduating in 2010. This year is my 8th year of work. I have witnessed the ups and downs of the company's development and experienced the twists and turns of my life. The tempering of the years has changed our appearance, but the pursuit of dreams has never stopped. Our photosynthesis has never been a stereotyped production line, trying to polish all young people into the same face.
