In order to popularize and apply these two breeding modes and bring more space for farmers to increase their income and become rich, the company decided to carry out "raising big crabs" and "breeding Chinese small crabs" within the 3,000-mu paddy fields outsourced by Delta Branch. Promotion of the "Long Arm Shrimp" model. The overall scheme is described below.

1. The R&D center will provide the "Paddy Field Transformation Plan for Cultivating Large-sized Crabs" and "Paddy Field Transformation Plan for Cultivating Chinese Shrimp".

2. According to the paddy field reconstruction plan provided by the R&D center and the specific conditions of the 3,000 mu paddy fields, the Delta Branch will implement the paddy field reconstruction project according to local conditions.

The transformation process follows the following principles:

1. Make full use of the original ponds in the paddy field, sewer ditches with water intake conditions and independent use, wasteland and barren pits around the paddy field, and use them as temporary ponds for river crabs or Chinese long-armed shrimp. Refer to the research and development center to provide implementation of the transformation plan.

2. The cultivation mode shall be promoted in the paddy fields on the edge of the 1#, 2#, and 3# ditches of Wolong Lake. For the paddy fields without the refurbished temporary ponds mentioned in Article 1 above, the paddy fields near the edge of Wolong Lake shall be Refer to the plan provided by the R&D center to implement the transformation of the temporary pond. For rice fields without water supply conditions from mid-April to early May, the promotion of this model can be temporarily suspended this year. It is preliminarily approved that about 1,800 mu of paddy fields can be promoted for this breeding model.

3. The promotion area for the cultivation of Chinese small long-armed shrimp is determined to be 300 mu according to the stock of shrimp species in the R&D center. Chinese small long-armed shrimp farmers, if there are available pit ponds as temporary storage ponds for river crabs, or if they can obtain older crab species from other farmers, it is recommended that they carry out nesting of river crabs; there are no available pit ponds As a temporary breeding pond for river crabs, it is recommended not to transform the paddy fields for the breeding of river crabs.

3. Cooperation with farmers

1. Chinese small long-arm shrimp farmers:

Around mid-April, according to the water inflow in the temporary pond of Chinese small long-armed shrimp, the company will provide Chinese small long-armed shrimp and shrimp species, and sell them to farmers at a price of 30 yuan per catty per catty. The company provides aquaculture technical services. In the middle and late September, the Chinese small long-arm shrimp from farmers will be recovered, and the price is initially determined to be 12-13 yuan/catties. For the plots of Chinese small long-arm shrimp farming, the area of ​​paddy fields is occupied by reconstruction, and the land rent will not be deducted or reduced from the contracted area.

2. Farmers who breed large-sized crabs:

From mid-April to early May, according to the water inflow of the river crab temporary pond, the company provides the No. 1 photosynthetic crab, and sells it to farmers at the price that goes along with the market. The company provides technical services for the large-scale crab breeding model. In mid-to-late September, when the company purchased seed crabs, it gave priority to the purchase of river crabs from farmers. The rest of the crabs are sold by the farmers themselves. For large-scale crab breeding plots, if the area of ​​paddy fields is occupied by reconstruction, it is recommended to charge land rent at half price.

3. The company will raise the older crabs in the Liaohekou pond, and provide farmers with 20 head/catties of older crabs around the end of June. The sales price is to be determined. It is suggested that the area of ​​first-year-old crabs in the Liaohe Estuary should be controlled within 30-50 mu, and the breeding model of the first-year-old crabs in the temporary breeding pond of river crabs of the R&D center should be used for breeding.
