Under the scorching sun and enduring mosquito bites, he works on the front line every day without a trace of burnout. Although the production of crab fry of "Photosynthesis No. 1" is not the focus of his work, he is also concerned about it. The base is busy with work. Use the rest time to come to understand the progress; the safe wintering of breeding crabs is an important guarantee for the project development next year. In order to keep abreast of the situation of breeding crabs, he rides a motorcycle in the cold wind every day to travel between the breeding base and the R&D center compound. It is with Xu Xianfeng's diligent efforts and no regrets that the early success of the breeding project has been achieved. In 2015, the crab breeding project won the "First Prize of Science and Technology Progress in Liaoning Province", which is the highest honor in Liaoning Province. At the same time, "Guanghe No. 1" crab seedlings have brought significant benefits to the company and have been widely recognized by farmers, laying a solid foundation for the dominant position of river crab seedlings in Panjin and even the whole country.

He designed and assembled the crab single-breeding test tank currently used by the R&D center according to the experimental needs. This year, he has improved the cage and its frame for the outdoor nursery project, making it more convenient and durable and easy to install and remove.

He manages the entire team in an orderly manner and has always completed the work on time and with quality and quantity.
