Stronger and more solid professional skills: In the past year or so, I have witnessed the most profitable year of 2015 in the 17-year-old photosynthetic crab industry, and I am also experiencing this year's difficult and stressful year.

Yes, we are experiencing an unprecedented predicament. The cruelty of reality forces us to change, explore and innovate. Innovation is the best way for us to get out of the predicament, and innovation is also the first driving force for our development. Smartphones represented by Apple appeared, and the old non-smartphones were abandoned. After a series of e-commerce sales platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, and JD.com were established, the traditional brick-and-mortar sales industry suffered a huge impact. ; More and more high-speed trains and high-speed trains are built, and the traditional green-skinned trains will gradually withdraw from the stage of history. Historical experience tells us that, as small as an individual, as large as a group enterprise, or even a nation, without the ability to innovate, there will be no future and no future.

Today, more and more young people born in the 1980s and 1990s like me, with new ideas and concepts, with their own dreams and blood, come to Guanghe and gather under the banner of the R&D Center. Maybe we are not rich enough in experience, but we are down-to-earth and willing to ask for advice; maybe we are not knowledgeable enough, but we persevere and keep learning; maybe our knowledge is not broad enough, But we forge ahead and are not afraid of difficulties. We are willing to dedicate our youth, take root in this hot land of photosynthesis, take root and grow here, and we are willing to use our new thinking to collide with the experience and wisdom of our predecessors, to create sparks of innovation.

At the current R&D center, new workshops are rising up, and the new R&D center building is about to be completed. It's time to make great achievements and build a career. This is a great time for our young people to show their talents and build a career. The company has built a first-class platform for us, provided a first-class environment, and brought together first-class resources.
