That is, I started my learning journey from that day, starting from being familiar with the terrain of Dawa and Panjin, starting from the characteristics of the materials purchased by the base, under the patient guidance of Manager Luo, with the enthusiastic help of my colleagues, under my own. In the continuous study of the company, I have formed a complete map in my mind from the beginning of me who didn't even know Donghu to the addresses of Panshan, Xinglongtai and Dawa dealers; From me, who I don’t even know, to me who knows the procurement materials needed by the base like the back of the hand, all these are inseparable from the guidance of leaders, the help of colleagues and my own continuous learning. I still remember that when I first started shopping, I always had the word "fear" in my heart. I was afraid that I would buy the wrong product for the branch and delay the production; I was also afraid that the dealer would not return it if I bought the wrong product, which would bring economic losses to the company... , in short, is afraid. The manager told me: "Don't be afraid, it's normal to be wrong at the beginning, communicate more and buy boldly, and if you buy the wrong one, you can learn from it, won't you buy it next time? What?" When he said that to me, I had a bottom line. At the beginning, although there was always communication, it was always wrong. The manager kept encouraging me, and I slowly learned some purchasing experience and skills from him.

With the continuous development and growth of the company, Yu Yang joined our department in 2012, and the department added new blood. At the same time, our department was equipped with a car. At the beginning, Yu Yang knew nothing about purchasing except that he knew the road better than me at first. , So I took Yu Yang to purchase together, and I also learned from the way the manager taught me, and taught Yu Yang. In this way, under the guidance of the manager and me, and in his own serious study, Yu Yang can now complete the procurement work of the branch independently. Our department is different from other departments in that none of us are specialized in purchasing. Under the guidance of the manager, everyone in our department can complete purchasing tasks independently.

The purchasing department has a heavy workload and heavy responsibilities, which is recognized by the entire company. In 2014, our department added the important responsibility of the company's engineering management, and the department was renamed the Purchasing and Engineering Management Department. This is undoubtedly a heavy task and a great responsibility for the purchasing department, which has no rest days. It is also the trust of the company leaders in our department. In nearly a year of exploration and study, we have developed a series of engineering management processes, systems and supporting management forms. The achievement of these achievements is inseparable from our experience in our work and continuous learning. In this way, we ushered in the construction project of the Clam Harbor escort ship. This large project is a new challenge for our department. Looking at these millions of quotations, we know how heavy the burden is on us. In one sentence: "What we are talking about is the company's net profit!" The procurement of materials for shipbuilding is different from the usual procurement of materials. Most of the materials require ship inspection certificates, which is a big challenge for us. Just received the bill of materials, our manager took us to stay up for an unknown number of nights, from the recognition of the material to the in-depth understanding, from the specification to the performance of the material; we repeatedly inquired and compared the price, and we asked the colleagues at Clam Gang for advice on board Manager Li Fuchun and Captain Yang Xianglin also participated in it. They just inquired more than three companies for hundreds of materials one by one, and refreshed the amount of the quotation again and again. There is an indescribable joy in my heart. This joy is not only a We saved money for the company, and it was the excitement of what we learned.

This year, the company has more projects than last year, and the project is more difficult, especially the housing construction is the first rush. From the construction of the crab workshop to the R&D building, which is about to break ground, each one is bigger than the other, and it is a new challenge. For the construction of the new workshop , working overtime at night is more commonplace. From the moment we received the construction project task in the workshop, we found 18 construction companies and got 11 valid quotations. After 5 revisions and under the guidance of the manager, we compared each item like a shipbuilding. Analysis, find the construction party to explain to us and compare prices by item; through the inquiry of key materials, provide the construction party with the lowest price of materials, thereby reducing our project cost; through budget review and comparison , and finally determine the construction party. Although we are not professional, we have the determination and attitude to do a good job. We can't, but we can learn; I believe that we have this attitude towards work that is not afraid of hardship and fatigue, and we continue to learn at work. There is nothing that can't be solved. difficulty.

Our department held a meeting every morning. The manager pointed out our progress and shortcomings in a timely manner while arranging the work. Everyone learns from each other's strengths to make up for our shortcomings. In order to make us progress faster, he often shares some of his work experience with us. Occasionally, we fight for things at work, but when we reach an agreement through discussion, we will all strive for the same goal. The procurement and engineering management department is like a small family, helping each other, learning from each other, and caring for each other.

I know that our department still has many shortcomings, but we have a heart that loves learning. As long as we love learning and can learn, I believe that the procurement and engineering management department will grow into the pride of the company in the near future.
