On the morning of August 26, 2013, the marketing center skills competition was held in the workshop of the marine food factory in Erjiegou. The competition was planned and organized by the Human Resources Department, and received the full support of the Ocean Food Factory and Xidaojia Branch in terms of personnel and materials. The purpose of this activity is to conduct an on-the-job training for the employees of the entire marketing center in the early stage of adult crab sales, to form a good atmosphere of "comparing, learning, rushing, helping, and surpassing" among the employees, and to improve through skill competition and test the top-notch of various types of work. Talents, as excellent skill instructors, are reserved.
Employees from the direct sales stores of the marketing centers in Panjin, Shenyang and Dalian, employees of Xidaojia Branch and employees of the marine food factory participated in the competition. Sun Zhongzheng, the vice president of management, served as the chief referee of this event. Ma Min, director of the marketing center, Meng Fanguang, the regional manager of Panjin, and Wu Huiliang, the manager of the food factory, gave detailed explanations on the technical points of each competition. Chai Yongqing, Vice President of Production Management, Zhou Xiongfei, Director of Science and Farming, Chang Baochen, Manager of Xidaojia Branch, Liu Fu, Manager of Delta Branch, Ma Jia, Manager of Silk Water Cooperation, and Wang Youcheng, Party Construction Consultant, participated in the competition as special guests.
The skill competition kicked off with President Ma's impassioned pre-match mobilization. The first competition item is the "crab tying competition". In order to master this marketing technique proficiently, when the crab tying master Meng Fanguang gave a demonstration before the competition, both new and old employees listened and practiced carefully. It fully reflects the importance that employees attach to this technology. After four rounds of fierce competition, Liu Zhu, Xiao Lei, Wang Jun, and Pan Yongfeng became the "Top Four" in this competition. In order to show the professional skills of the crab tying masters in the marketing center and satisfy the curiosity of the audience, Xiao Lei, Liu Zhu and Meng Fanguang had a strong confrontation that set off a climax of the game. The second competition item was the "Origami Box Competition". The competition cardboard box flew up and down in the hands of the contestants, allowing the audience to see the skilled skills of the employees of the marine food factory and the sales staff, and to deeply understand the true meaning of practice makes perfect. In the end, Sun Wanlu, Yang Xue, and Di Liqiu , Yang Ying won the "Top Four". The third competition is the "Bottle Sticker Competition". The employees of the marine food factory give full play to the skilled skills they have formed in their usual work, and pay full attention to neatly and quickly stick the bottle stickers on the bottles. Everyone's skills are different. In the end, Yang Ying, Mao Chunyan, Zhao Cheng and Yang Xue won the "Top Four". The fourth competition is "Grab the Weight of the Crab", which is a project that tests the experience and feel of the employees. Each group of players cooperates with each other to estimate the weight and calculate the accurate result in just 3 minutes. After the competition , Zheng Meiyu, Pan Yongfeng, Yang Zhanquan and Gao Wei won the "Top Four". The fifth competition is the marketing center's specialty "Spin Package". Faced with rigorous judges, tricky questions and a wide variety of processed products, the contestants responded to the challenge calmly and rationally matched the selection package according to various requirements. The judges were strict. The gift packages that the contestants put together were reviewed and explained and guided one by one. In the end, Sun Wanlu, Ge Yudan, Zheng Guangjun and Xiao Lei won the "Top Four".
This skill competition is not only a technical contest, but also a platform for all marketing center employees to communicate and exchange ideas, so that all employees of the marketing center family can better understand the importance of their work and the closeness of their relationship. Realize that you can excel in each job position, and at the same time, in the future work, you can learn from each other and cooperate with each other to enhance team cohesion.
