On August 17, 2007, the production management department presided over an on-site training training of sea cucumber seedlings in various bases. The managers of the branch company, the person in charge of the sea cucumber seedling project, the head of the sea cucumber seedling farm of Haijing Salt Industry, Luo Yongming, and Sun Zhongzheng from the project department were invited to participate in the training. The main purpose of this training is to communicate with each other, learn from each other's strengths, learn from each other, discuss issues that should be paid attention to in the later management of juvenile ginseng, and refer to the breeding experience over the years to avoid the repetition of mistakes.
The daily management of each branch is basically the same. Half of the water is changed every day. The feeding is mainly compound feed, and the daily feeding amount is about 10%. The Rongxing branch has been in a period of time due to the high water temperature. Feeding amount, the daily feeding amount is about 7%, feeding 2~3 times a day, pouring the pond every 6 days or so, changing the sieve and silk hanging every 15 days, basically, the weight can be doubled in 15 days. The difference is that due to the low salinity of natural sea water, the Delta branch has to rely on well brine for salt adjustment, and 80~100PPM bleaching powder is used for disinfection. The tank enters the workshop, and the density of seedlings in the delta is small, 10 catties/30 water body, the utilization rate of bait is low, and the growth is uneven. The current problem in each base is that the salinity of seawater is low, so water should be prepared, and if necessary, the water should be recycled, disinfected and reused.
Finally, Mr. Zhang pointed out that we should increase the amount of water exchange, preferably 2 full amounts per day. In addition, in feeding the bait, some drugs such as immune polysaccharide and vitamin C should be used to increase nutrition. In pouring the pool and changing the water at ordinary times, the use of antibiotics should be increased to prevent the occurrence of some diseases. Finally, Mr. Zhang asked everyone to optimize the current water quality and bait, unify their thinking, and concentrate on raising large-sized seedlings.
