On September 13, the representative of the 9th Activity Group of the Liaoning Delegation of the National People's Congress went to the Liaobin Coastal Economic Zone of Dawa County for a concentrated investigation. The delegates first arrived at the Liaobin Economic Zone Convention and Exhibition Center, and the leaders of the economic zone introduced the planning and construction situation, watched the demonstration video of "Panjin Liaobin Coastal Economic Zone Master Plan", and then visited Liaoning Hongguan Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., Liaoning Baolai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd., the construction site of land reclamation, Panjin New Port and other places, and listen to the relevant situation of each unit. The delegates fully understood the development status and future planning of Liaobin Economic Development Zone, and gave positive comments on the sense of urgency and responsibility of the Dawa County Party Committee and County Government to speed up the development, and fully affirmed the implementation process of the Liaobin Economic Development Zone plan.
