On the morning of March 8, the company held a symposium to commemorate the 100th anniversary of "3.8" International Working Women's Day. The participants included all female employees of the company, general manager Chai Yongqing, human resources manager Luo Yixiao, and labor union chairman Meng Fanqiang. The meeting was chaired by Luo Yixiao, Manager of Human Resources Department.

At the symposium, General Manager Chai Yongqing extended condolences to the company's female employees, and extended greetings to everyone on behalf of the chairman who attended the National People's Congress in Beijing! Mr. Chai affirmed the work done by everyone in the past year, and informed the company's business model and next-step work deployment this year, and encouraged female employees to play a role in the company's development as always. All the female employees spoke enthusiastically, imagined the future, thanked the company for their care and love for female employees, and expressed that in the future work, they will continue to improve their business level with a positive attitude, live up to the trust of the leaders, and create a good image of female employees. The company also sent a small gift to the female employees to thank them for their contribution to their work.
