From July 18th to July 19th, I participated in the team communication development training organized by the company. There were 14 people on this trip, all of whom were colleagues from various grass-roots levels in the company. Although the two-day development training was short, it was very rewarding. You will forget what you have heard, you will gradually forget what you have seen, and only what you have experienced will be remembered in your heart. Now my inner thoughts are very surging. Although my writing skills are very poor, I should also summarize my thoughts on the two-day expansion training.
At 3:30 in the morning of July 18, we faced Chenhui and set off from the company. It was the first time I participated in this kind of training, and there was no special feeling in my heart, but it was very calm. After a 4-hour drive, we arrived at the base of the outreach training - Guanmen Mountain in Benxi, where the mountains are majestic, with green trees, gurgling springs, and clouds and mists, like a fairyland. After getting off the bus, we took a break with another team. The coach divided us into two groups, asked us to name the team, shout slogans, form our own formation, and wait for their review. In these two days and one night, we traveled between the mountains and rivers, and also carried out training, such as tangram, hollow array, heart mirror, Sanmao wandering note, blindfolded walking and other activities. We think about and share our experience in the process of expanding training. In the face of difficulties and setbacks, we will always face them with an optimistic and positive attitude, and deal with them with hard work. We learned what is trust and what is teamwork.
1. There is a division of labor, but cooperation is more important: each member has a division of labor, but an efficient team pays more attention to cooperation. In the tangram game, if someone does not do as required, even if only one person makes a mistake, the goal of the entire team cannot be achieved. accomplish. We have also learned lessons and inspirations from the failure. In the work, each unit needs to communicate, cooperate and coordinate with each other, and form the integration of strength to complete the common task.
2. Hierarchical management and clear leadership are extremely important. After each person's job responsibilities are determined, it is helpful to clarify the responsibilities and give full play to the initiative of the individual, so that he not only knows what he should do, but also thinks about how to do it well. When playing the game of Three Cats Wanderings, the situation started to be chaotic; later everyone unified their thoughts, the last person commanded, only one voice was heard, and the task was quickly completed.
3. Planning is important. The inspiration given to me by the hollow array is that as a leader, we must first make plans, organize and coordinate, and then carry out actions. This is the principle of "sharpening the knife without making a mistake in chopping wood". Do things as you think of them. If you don't have a good foundation and plan well, it will take 10 points of effort to accomplish 5 points.
4. Be grateful. Nowadays, people are very busy with work, and some will only reunite with their families once in a few years. The pain in their hearts cannot be expressed. During the experience of "Heart Mirror", I cried, thinking about the sacrifices my parents gave to me, and the support and understanding my wife gave me, I felt even more uncomfortable. We all want to honor our parents, and we hope to chat with them every day, have a heart-to-heart, or fulfill their little wishes. If you want to create better conditions for your family, you must work hard and keep making progress. Plan what kind of person you will become in the next few years, depict the future life scene, and work hard towards this goal.
5. Mutual trust will lead to success. The final game taught us to trust and cooperate with each other. Encouragement is far more powerful than criticism, so we can break through ourselves, overcome fears, and move forward bravely.
Every moment of these two days is a harvest. At the same time, I also thank the coaches for their hard work and the company for giving them the opportunity to participate in the expansion training. Through this outreach training, everyone re-knows themselves, everyone re-knows others, and everyone re-knows the team. After the training, I hope to leave us not only a good memory of the training, but also thinking, let us work together, unite and cooperate to add a splendid stroke to the company's bright future.
