The seventh meeting of the third board of directors of Panjin Guanghe Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. was held at the company's R&D center at 9:00 on March 28, 2008. Seven directors of the company and representatives of Provincial Agricultural Development Investment Co., Ltd. attended the meeting. Attending the meeting were: Supervisor Liu Jinzhu and General Manager Chai Yongqing. The meeting was presided over by the chairman of the company, Li Xiaodong.

The meeting listened to the two reports on the production and operation and profit distribution plan of Panjin Guanghe Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. in 2007. After careful discussion by the board members, the following resolutions were formed: 1. It was considered that the work measures in 2007 were appropriate and great achievements were made in all aspects. The irresistible factor, profit indicators did not meet expectations. Three hopes are put forward for future work: focus on advantages for faster and better development, and maximize profits; strengthen corporate management; strengthen corporate culture construction. 2. Agree with the profit distribution plan for 2007, the specific value shall be subject to the audited financial report.
