The eighth meeting of the third board of directors of Panjin Guanghe Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. was held in the R&D center at 11:00 on March 28, 2008. The 7 former directors of the company and the newly elected directors Xu Jing (Shenyang Hengxin Investment Management Co., Ltd.) and Lei Yanzhi attended the meeting. Attending the meeting were: Supervisor Liu Jinzhu, General Manager Chai Yongqing and Zhang Qiulian (Shenyang Hengxin Investment Management Co., Ltd.). The meeting was presided over by the chairman of the company, Li Xiaodong.

The meeting listened to the 2008 production and operation plan of Panjin Guanghe Aquatic Products Co., Ltd., the 2008 annual salary adjustment plan, and the 2008 annual commission plan, and reviewed the chairman's proposal to nominate the general manager candidate. After careful discussion by the members of the board of directors, the following resolutions were formed: the company's production and operation plan for 2008, the salary adjustment plan for 2008, the commission plan for 2008, and it was agreed that Chai Yongqing would continue to serve as the general manager of the company in 2008.
