With the gradual warming of the weather, the ecological breeding of river crabs in 2014 officially started on April 24th. For this "battle", all the staff of our coastline branch have been gearing up for a long time. Very excited to start production work in their respective areas.

When the sturdy river crabs had finished laying their eggs, and when I heard our leaders say that the preparations of other branches were very good, I felt very uneasy, thinking that it would be a shame if the production could not be done! Especially with the passage of time, when the cute crab seedlings developed to the third stage of flea-like larvae, the weather suddenly became very gloomy and it was raining all the time. The water temperature at that time was really too low, which caused the crab seedlings to prolong. In the metamorphosis period, we have never encountered such a situation. At that time, our hearts were hanging in our throats. But our leader is like a brave "soldier". He was not defeated by this harsh environment. Instead, he observed the development of crab seedlings more frequently, and brought our group of "warriors" even more. Work hard and bring great support and encouragement to our spirit! Finally, under the extremely harsh environment, the crab seedlings passed the third stage of flea-like larvae safely and entered the fourth stage, and our hearts finally landed smoothly!  

Recalling my work in seedling raising, I think of a story about digging a well: a young man was digging a well with a cigarette in his mouth. He dug a few holes, but he couldn't find any water, he just sighed, "Alas, there is no water below, Dig in another place." Is there really no water in this place? No, of course there is! It is conceivable that the reason why this young man did not find water is that he gave up halfway, and that he did not work hard or struggle, which would lead to the failure of his previous achievements. He was only a few feet away from digging water every time, but he was annoyed and thought impatiently: "There is no water in this place, it is useless to dig further, let's dig in another place." Like this He will never be able to dig water. Yes, in the work of raising seedlings, we must not have the idea of ​​digging wells. We must take the initiative to overcome difficulties, because the end of difficulties is hope!

Time flies, we finally persevered to the final stage - the seedling stage. In those days, our leaders also had a hoarse voice and wobbled while walking. This is all the result of overworked effort! When the bell rang at eight o'clock in the night, our colleagues were all like "Saints" possessed, all of them were heroic and powerful, and they kept waving the nets in their hands to catch crab seedlings and fully enjoy the seedling belt. Happy to come!

Although the whole crab breeding work is over, our team is still full of energy and continues to wait for the next round of battle. At the same time, I also secretly made up my mind to work harder in the future, learn skills, and dedicate a little of my strength to the team I love!
