Training resources, tiered, classified and divided into modules, cultivate agricultural managers and other professional production-oriented and skilled service-oriented high-quality farmers who are engaged in production and operation services, and continuously improve the pertinence of training content and the standardization of process management We will continue to develop and strengthen a team of high-quality farmers who "love agriculture, understand skills, and be good at management".

He put forward specific requirements for the training, requiring the training unit to carefully organize management, strict requirements, and standardized operations according to the project regulations, and complete the training task on time with quality and quantity. At the same time, trainees are also required to cherish the opportunity, study hard, keep records, obey arrangements, observe discipline, master the knowledge they have learned, improve their skills, and effectively achieve the purpose of improving their quality and mastering their abilities.

The training class adopts 3 teaching methods including centralized teaching, on-site teaching and online training, and lasts for 15 days and 120 class hours. Among them, 36 hours are online, 44 hours are offline theory, and 40 hours are practical training and observation. Lectures include high-yield rice cultivation techniques, crab farming, wintering of northern crabs under ice, multi-trophic three-dimensional farming in freshwater ponds, vannamei shrimp farming, transformation and upgrading of pond farming and green and healthy farming models, digital fishery-factory shrimp farming, agricultural vibrato Short video creation and other content greatly meet the needs of students for breeding technology, business management technology, and sales technology.

Panjin Guanghe Crab Industry Co., Ltd. has received the training business of new professional farmers for the first time since 2016. In 2018, it began to independently undertake the training of professional farmers. Now it is the third time to undertake the training business independently. In 2019 and 2020, the company has successively obtained the qualifications of Liaoning Provincial Farmer Education and Training Demonstration Base, Liaoning Provincial Party School Party School on-site teaching site for young and middle-aged classes, and National Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Base. In addition, it has also obtained the qualifications of "Jilin Province Aquatic Technology Promotion System Training Base" and "Heilongjiang Province Crab Breeding and Breeding Technology Training Base".

The important training tasks that have been participated and completed so far include: "Liaoning Province New Vocational (High-Quality) Farmer Cultivation Project", "Liaoning Province Innovation and Entrepreneurship Youth Training", "Liaoning Province Grassroots Agricultural Technician Training (Aquaculture)", "Heilongjiang Province Basic-level agricultural technology promotion backbone personnel training", "Jilin Province agricultural technology extension backbone training" and so on. As of the end of 2020, a total of 35 shifts of agricultural technology training in various provinces, cities and counties have been undertaken, and a total of 2,980 trainees have been trained.
